ORIGINAL SERIES LEAD THE WAY AS HISTORY HAS THE #1 SHOW ON CABLE 4 NIGHTS OF THE WEEK AMONG ADULTS 18-49 & 25-54

Network ranks #3 in all of cable for the month

New York, April 26, 2011 - With the continued growth of regularly scheduled series - Pawn Stars, American Pickers, Swamp People, Ax Men, Top Shot and Only in American with Larry the Cable Guy as well as the series premieres of American Restoration, Mounted in Alaska and Inspector America - HISTORY delivered its best April of all time leading the network to rank #3 in all of cable for the month.

April 2011 vs. April 2010:

· Adults 25-54: 1.1 million vs. 871,000, up +26%

· Adults 18-49: 979,000 vs. 802,000, up +22%

· Total Viewers: 2.1 million vs. 1.8 million, up +17%

HISTORY had 9 series average over 1.5 million total viewers and 8 over 1 million in the core Adult 25-54 demographic during the month of April:

· Pawn Stars - 6.2 million total viewers, 3.3 million Adults 25-54

· American Pickers - 5.5 million total viewers, 2.7 million Adults 25-54

· Swamp People - 3.7 million total viewers, 1.9 million Adults 25-54

· American Restoration - 3.2 million total viewers, 1.6 million Adults 25-54

· Ax Men - 3.1 million total viewers, 1.8 million Adults 25-54

· Only in America - 2.1 million total viewers, 1.0 million Adults 25-54

· Top Shot - 2.0 million total viewers, 1.1 million Adults 25-54

· Mounted in Alaska - 1.9 million total viewers, 1.1 million Adults 25-54

· Inspector America - 1.5 million total viewers, 914,000 Adults 25-54

And, for the month, HISTORY had the #1 show in cable on 4 nights of the week among Adults 18-49 & 25-54 (2+ telecasts, excludes sports):
