NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF APRIL 25 - MAY 1, 2011

FOX WINS WEEK, REIGNS IN APRIL

AMERICAN IDOL, BREAKING IN, GLEE, RAISING HOPE, BONES, KITCHEN NIGHTMARES, FRINGE and NASCAR once again led the network to win the week among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. The network closed the month with the most nightly wins of any network and now leads the No. 2 network by more than half of a ratings point (3.5 vs. 2.9 among Adults 18-49). Key highlights from last week include:

· FOX won Wednesday night among in Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, Teens and all key demos and outperformed its nearest competitor for the night by +157% in Adults 18-49 (5.9 vs. 2.3 for CBS) and +99% in Total Viewers (18.5 vs. CBS' 9.3 Mil.)

· AMERICAN IDOL was the highest rated program of the night in all key demos, outperforming the next highest rated program by +122% in Adults 18-49 and +97% in Total Viewers

· IDOL retained 100% of the previous Wednesday's performance among Adults 18-49 and retained 99% in Total Viewers

· Wednesday's IDOL gained +3% vs. the comparable telecast last year among Adults 18-49 and +15% in Total Viewers

· At 9:30pm, BREAKING IN retained 96% of the previous week's telecast in Adults 18-49 (2.5/6) and won the 9:30p half hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 25-54 (tie) and Teens.

· Thursday night marked FOX's 15th consecutive Thursday win among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34, and Teens.

· At 8pm, AMERICAN IDOL retained 98% of its audience versus the comparable telecast last year in Total Viewers (19.6 vs. 20.1 Mil. on 4/28/10, Top 6 Results).

· IDOL was once again the highest rated program of the and outperformed the next highest rated program by +36% in Adults 18-49 (5.7 vs. 4.2, The Office) and by +45% in Total Viewers (19.6 vs. 13.5 for The Mentalist).

· So far this season with Comparable Most Current ratings AMERICAN IDOL retains 94% of last year's same telecasts in A18-49 and is up +2% in Total Viewers.

· On Saturday, the NASCAR Race: Crown Royal Richmond 400 led FOX to win the night on a total primetime basis among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Total Viewers, Adults 25-54, Women 18-49, Women 25-54 and all key male demos.
