FOX Closes in on Seventh Consecutive Season Win

FOX CLOSES IN ON SEVENTH CONSECUTIVE SEASON WIN

With only two more nights of primetime remaining in the 2010-11 broadcast season, FOX is nearing its seventh straight win among Adults 18-49 - breaking the industry record it set last year. Based on Nielsen's Most Current season-to-date ratings, FOX is expected to win the season by a margin of +21% over CBS, +40% over ABC and +52% over NBC. In fact, with originals, FOX will close this season with the #1 comedy among Women (GLEE), the #1 scripted show among Men (FAMILY GUY), the #1 scripted show among Teens (GLEE) and the #1 show among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers (AMERICAN IDOL).

In addition, FOX dominated last week thanks to gains by HOUSE, RAISING HOPE and AMERICAN IDOL, and strong performances by GLEE and BONES. The network expects to win the May sweep by double digits - its seventh consecutive May sweep win. Key highlights from last week include:

· On Monday, both HOUSE and THE CHICAGO CODE posted week-over-week gains:

· With a 3.5/10 among Adults 18-49, HOUSE was up +17% from its prior week (3.0/9) and earned its highest Adults 18-49 rating in nearly two months (since 3/21/11).

· HOUSE was the highest rated drama of the night in the core adult demo and the #1 program overall in Adults 18-34.

· THE CHICAGO CODE posted a 1.8/5 among Adults 18-49, up one-tenth from its performance the previous week.

· FOX's Tuesday comedies gave the network a nightly win among Teens and young men last week:

· GLEE posted a 3.6/10 among Adults 18-49 and won the 8p hour in Adults 18-34 and Teens.

· RAISING HOPE followed with a 2.2/6 among Adults 18-49, up +10% from the previous week, and ranked #1 among Teens and Men 18-34 in its time period.

· AMERICAN IDOL dominated another Wednesday across all key demos and outperformed the combined 4-network competition by +10% among Adults 18-49 and +8% in Total Viewers last week.

· AMERICAN IDOL posted a 7.4/20 among Adults 18-49 and was the highest rated program of the night in all key demos, outperforming the next highest rated program by +80% in Adults 18-49 and +84% in Total Viewers.

· AMERICAN IDOL was up +4% from the prior Wednesday's performance in Adults 18-49 and +3% in Total Viewers.

· FOX once again claimed Thursday victory last week with AMERICAN IDOL and BONES, giving FOX the longest in-season Thursday winning streak (18 weeks) in 12 years among nights in which both Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers were No. 1.

· Thursday's AMERICAN IDOL Results show posted a 6.3/20 among Adults 18-49 and retained 97% of the prior Thursday's Results show in Adults 18-49 and in Total Viewers.

· AMERICAN IDOL was up +3% versus the comparable telecast last year in Adults 18-49 and grew +15% in Total Viewers (21.8 vs. 19.0 Mil.)

· So far this season with Comparable Most Current ratings AMERICAN IDOL retains 95% Adults 18-49 and is up +3% in Total Viewers versus the same telecasts last season.

· At 9p the BONES season finale posted a 3.2/8, its highest finale rating in three years (since Mon., 5/19/08).
