ABC Family's "13 Nights of Halloween 2011" event wrapped as the network's most-watched "13 Nights" stunt in the its history across all demos: Total Viewers (1.6 million), Adults 18-34 (497,000), Women 18-34 (329,000), Adults 18-49 (775,000), Women 18-49 (499,000), Viewers 12-34 (736,000) and Females 12-34 (494,000).

· During "13 Nights of Halloween 2011", ABC Family's ranked as cable's No. 1 network in the daypart in Women 18-34, and placed a strong No. 2 in Adults 18-34, Women 18-49 and Females 12-34.

· Saturday's broadcast of theatrical "Hocus Pocus" (8:00 - 10:00 p.m.) became ABC Family's most-watched "13 Nights of Halloween" telecast ever in Total Viewers (2.8 million), Adults 18-34 (1.0 million/1.5 rating) and Adults 18-49 (1.3 million/1.1 rating), while a special "Pretty Little Liars" (10/19/11, 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.) stood as the network's No. 1 "13 Nights" telecast of all time in Women 18-34 (769,000/2.3 rating), Women 18-49 (1.0 million/1.6 rating) Viewers 12-34 (1.8 million/1.9 rating) and Females 12-34 (1.5 million/3.3 rating).

· Competitively, the special ranked as the month's No. 1 scripted original cable telecast in Female Teens, and placed No. 3 in Females 12-34.

· Versus last year's event, "13 Nights of Halloween 2011" grew by impressive double-digit percentages, including by 25% in Total Viewers (1.6 million vs. 1.2 million), by 47% in Adults 18-34 (497,000 vs. 338,000), by 32% in Adults 18-49 (775,000 vs. 586,000) and by 55% in Viewers 12-34 (736,000 vs. 474,000).

October 11 Powered by a record "13 Nights of Halloween," ABC Family delivered its most-watched October on record in Prime across all target demos: Adults 18-34 (338,000), Women 18-34 (227,000), Adults 18-49 (541,000), Women 18-49 (352,000), Viewers 12-34 (514,000) and Females 12-34 (354,000), surging by solid double-digit percent increases over a year ago in the younger demos.

· Competitively, ABC Family ranked among cable's Top 5 networks in Women 18-34 (No. 5) and Females 12-34 (No. 4).

· Versus October 10, ABC Family grew by 16% in Adults 18-34 (338,000 vs. 291,000), by 22% in Women 18-34 (227,000 vs. 186,000), by 22% in Viewers 12-34 (514,000 vs. 420,000) and by 35% in Females 12-34 (354,000 vs. 263,000).
