CBS Weekly Ratings - "NCIS" is the Week's #1 Scripted Program and #1 Drama in Adults 18-49
CBS spins the numbers for the week of February 27-March 4.

"NCIS" Tops Tuesday Edition of "American Idol" For the First Time in Viewers

CBS's Reality Trio of "Survivor," "Undercover Boss" and "The Amazing Race" All Post Week-to-Week Growth

NCIS was the week's #1 scripted program, the #1 drama in adults 18-49 and also topped a Tuesday edition of "American Idol" in viewers for the first time ever, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending March 4, Week 24 of the 2011-2012 television season.

CBS's three reality series - SURVIVOR, UNDERCOVER BOSS and THE AMAZING RACE - all posted week-to-week growth in viewers and adults 18-49. Compared to last week, SURVIVOR: ONE WORLD was up +4% in both viewers and adults 18-49, UNDERCOVER BOSS was up +10% in viewers and +5% in adults 18-49 and THE AMAZING RACE posted gains of +34% in viewers and +27% in adults 18-49.

For the week in viewers: CBS (10.23m), FOX (10.45m), ABC (6.39m) and NBC (5.71m). Season-to-date: CBS (12.16m), FOX (9.17m), ABC (8.38m) and NBC (7.85m).

For the week in households: CBS (6.5/11), FOX (6.1/10), ABC (4.1/07) and NBC (3.6/06). Season-to-date: CBS (7.6/12), FOX (5.4/09), ABC (5.3/09) and NBC (4.8/08).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was second in adults 25-54 (3.1/08) and adults 18-49 (2.2/06). Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (4.1/10) and second adults 18-49 (3.1/09, -0.2 behind FOX). Season-to-date, CBS is up +4% in households, +1% in viewers, +2% in adults 25-54 and +3% in adults 18-49 compared to last year.

CBS Weekly Highlights:

NCIS was first in households (11.3/17) and viewers (18.20m) and second in both adults 25-54 (4.9/12) and adults 18-49 (3.5/09). NCIS beat a first-run episode of "American Idol Tuesday" for the first time ever in both households and viewers in both the common hour and for the night. NCIS was in its closest competitive position to date with an "American Idol Tuesday" broadcast in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.

NCIS: LOS ANGELES (9.9/15, 15.85m) averaged 4.4/10 in adults 25-54 and 3.1/08 in adults 18-49. Compared to last week, NCIS: LOS ANGELES was up +1% in households (from 9.8/15), +10% in adults 25-54 (from 4.0/09), +15% in adults 18-49 (from 2.7/07) and added +380,000 viewers (from 15.47m, +2%).

UNFORGETTABLE was first in households (6.5/11), viewers (9.93m), adults 25-54 (2.7/07) and tied for first with the season finale of "Parenthood" on NBC in adults 18-49 (1.9/05).

SURVIVOR: ONE WORLD was second in households (6.2/10), viewers (10.65m), adults 25-54 (4.1/10) and adults 18-49 (2.9/08). Compared to last week, SURVIVOR: ONE WORLD was up +3% in households (from 6.0/10), +5% in adults 25-54 (from 3.9/10), +4% in adults 18-49 (from 2.8/09) and added +360,000 viewers (from 10.29m, +4%).

CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in households (7.1/12), viewers (11.30m), adults 25-54 (3.6/09) and adults 18-49 (2.6/07).

UNDERCOVER BOSS was first in households (5.9/10), viewers (9.53m), adults 25-54 (2.7/08) and adults 18-49 (2.0/07). UNDERCOVER BOSS was up +9% in households (from 5.4/09), +5% in adults 18-49 (from 1.9/06), even in adults 25-54 and added +850,000 viewers (from 8.68m, +10%) compared to last week. UNDERCOVER BOSS was Friday's #1 program in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.

The season finale of A GIFTED MAN was first in households (6.2/10), viewers (9.70m), adults 25-54 (2.2/06) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (1.5/04, with ABC). Compared to last week, A GIFTED MAN was up +5% in both households (from 5.9/10) and adults 25-54 (from 2.1/05), +15% in adults 18-49 (from 1.3/04) and added +650,000 viewers (from 9.05m, +7%). .

BLUE BLOODS was first in households (7.4/13), viewers (11.47m), adults 25-54 (2.4/06) and adults 18-49 (1.7/05). Compared to last week, BLUE BLOODS was even in adults 18-49 and added +130,000 viewers (from 11.34m, +1%).

60 MINUTES was first in households (7.3/12), viewers (11.51m), adults 25-54 (2.7/07) and second in adults 18-49 (1.6/05).

THE AMAZING RACE 20 was second in households (5.9/09), viewers (10.30m, -0.37m behind ABC), adults 25-54 (3.9/09, -0.1 behind ABC) and adults 18-49 (2.8/07). Compared to last week, THE AMAZING RACE 20 was up +37% in households (from 4.3/06), +26% in adults 25-54 (from 3.1/06), +27% in adults 18-49 (from 2.2/05) and added +2.59m viewers (from 7.71m, +34%).

THE GOOD WIFE was first in households (6.4/10) and viewers (9.83m).

CSI: MIAMI was first in households (6.5/11) and viewers (10.14m).
