THE TWO-HOUR SEASON FINALE OF "CRIMINAL MINDS" OUT-DELIVERS LAST YEAR'S FINALE IN VIEWERS, ADULTS 18-49 AND ADULTS 25-54

"Criminal Minds" Wins its Time Period In Key Ratings Measures with Largest Audience and Best Adult 18-49 Rating Since January

The two-hour season finale of CRIMINAL MINDS won its time period in viewers and key demographics, outperforming last year's finale in all ratings measures, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Wednesday, May 16.

From 9:00-11:00 PM, CRIMINAL MINDS was first in households (8.3/13), viewers (13.47m), adults 25-54 (4.4/11) and adults 18-49 (3.5/10). Compared to last year's one-hour finale (9:00-10:00 PM on May 18, 2011), CRIMINAL MINDS was up +5% in households (from 7.9/12), +6% in adults 18-49 (from 3.3/08), even in adults 25-54 and added +630,000 viewers (from 12.84m, +5%).

CRIMINAL MINDS posted its best deliveries in both households and adults 25-54 since Feb. 8, 2012, in viewers and adults 18-49 since Jan. 25, 2012.
