Based on National ratings for the week of September 10, 2012, the newly-rechristened "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew over its year-ago week (w/o 9/12/11) in Women 25-54 (+8% - 1.4 rating vs. 1.3 rating) and Women 18-49 (+10% - 1.1 rating vs. 1.0 rating), marking its highest-rated second week of the season in 4 years - since 2008.

· "LIVE" stood as the No. 2 syndicated talk show for the week with Women 25-54 (1.4 rating), beating the premiere week of "Dr Phil" by 17% (1.2 rating).

· On Monday (9/10/12), "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" hit season highs in Women 18-49, while scoring its 2nd-best number this season to date in Women 25-54.
