"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" Builds Week to Week in All Key Demos, Hitting its Highest Numbers Among Key Women Since February

Season to Date, "LIVE" is Up in Key Women Compared to the Same Point Last Year, Marking its Strongest Season Start Since 2008-09

"LIVE" Beats "Ellen" to Rank as the Week's No. 2 Syndicated Talker in Homes and Total Viewers, While Equaling "Dr. Phil" in Women 18-49

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" National Ratings

Based on National ratings for the week of September 17, 2012, the newly-rechristened "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew week to week across all key demos: Households (+8% - 2.6 rating vs. 2.4 rating), Total Viewers (+8% - 3.318 million vs. 3.069 million), Women 25-54 (+7% - 1.5 rating vs. 1.4 rating) and Women 18-49 (1.2 rating vs. 1.1 rating). In fact "LIVE" tied its best ratings among key Women in nearly 7 months - since the week of 2/27/12.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" delivered its 3rd consecutive week of year-over-year gains in both Women 25-54 (+7%) and Women 18-49 (+9%). On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is up over the comparable weeks last season by 7% in Women 25-54 and by 10% in Women 18-49, marking its highest-rated season in 4 years - since the 2008-09 season.

· "LIVE" stood as the No. 2 syndicated talk show for the week in HH (2.6 rating) and Total Viewers (3.318 million), beating "Ellen" (2.4 rating and 3.234 million). In addition, "LIVE" tied "Dr. Phil" in Women 18-49 as the 2nd-highest rated syndicated talk show of the week (1.2 rating).
