THE HUB TV NETWORK EARNS BEST QUARTERLY AUDIENCE DELIVERIES IN HISTORY OF NETWORK

Fueled by Strong Summer Schedule with Event Programming, Continued Momentum of Original Series and Successful Movie Lineup

LOS ANGELES - The Hub TV Network, a destination for kids and their families, wrapped the third quarter of 2012 with the best quarterly audience delivery in the history of the network among the target demographics of Kids 2-11 and Kids 6-11. The achievement continues the impressive growth momentum of the network and was driven by a solid summer program schedule that included record-setting special event programming, ongoing strength of its original series and successful movie scheduling throughout the period.

The third quarter of 2012 was also the best quarter in the history of the network in Prime Time (Monday - Sunday, 8 p.m. - 11 p.m. ET), among Kids 2-11, Kids 6-11, Persons 2+ and Households.

In Total Day, The Hub has now demonstrated year-to-year gains among Kids 2-11, Kids 6-11, Women 18-49, Adults 18-49, Persons 2+ and Households for four consecutive quarters.

In Total Day (Monday - Sunday, 6 a.m. - 6 a.m.), The Hub has now demonstrated year-to-year gains among Kids 2-11, Persons 2+ and Households for 39 consecutive weeks.

Among the drivers of the record audience deliveries were a solid summer schedule that included continued strong performances of The Hub's original series including "My Little Pony Friendship is Magic," "Care Bears: Welcome to Care-a-Lot," "Transformers Rescue Bots," "Pound Puppies," "Family Game Night," "R. L. Stine's The Haunting Hour: The Series" and "Transformers Prime."

Successful event programming also drove audience deliveries, led by the record-setting "The Hub's Dog Days of Summer" programming event the week of August 20, and the outstanding encore performance of the "My Little Pony Friendship is Magic" two-episode Royal Wedding Event (September 8). Other key programming events throughout the quarter included an Independence Day Marathon featuring "Transformers Prime," "Transformers Rescue Bots" and "The Super Hero Squad Show," and special marathons of "Pound Puppies" and "The Care Bears: Welcome to Care-a-Lot."
