Scoring the Biggest Yearly Gains in Key Women, "LIVE" Delivers Year-Over-Year Growth in All Four Weeks of September 2012

Season to Date, "LIVE" is Up in Key Women Through the Same Point Last Year, Representing its Strongest Start to a Season in 4 Years

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" National Ratings

Based on National ratings for the week of September 24, 2012, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" stood as the No. 2 syndicated talk show for the week in both Households (2.5 rating) and Total Viewers (3.240 million), topping "Ellen" (2.3 rating and 2.974 million) for the 2nd week in a row. In fact, "LIVE" increased its leads over "Ellen" to 9% in Homes and 9% in Total Viewers from 8% and 3%, respectively, the prior week.

· Up over the year-ago week by 15% in Women 25-54 (1.5 rating vs. 1.3 rating) and by 22% in Women 18-49 (1.1 rating vs. 0.9 rating), "LIVE" grew over the same week last year in all 4 weeks of September. In addition, "LIVE" posted the largest year-over-year gains in both key Women demos among the syndicated talk shows.

· On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is up over the comparable weeks last season by 7% in Women 25-54 and by 10% in Women 18-49, marking its strongest start to a season in 4 years - since the 2008-09 season.
