"LIVE" Grows Year to Year with Key Women in all 6 Weeks of the New Season

"LIVE" Draws its Largest Overall Audience Since Premiere Week

Season to Date, "LIVE" is the Only Syndie Talk Show to Grow Through the Same Point Last Year in Both Key Women Demos

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" National Ratings

Based on National ratings for the week of October 8, 2012, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show for the week in both Households (2.6 rating) and Total Viewers (3.396 million) for 4th week running, topping "Ellen" (2.4 rating and 3.217 million) in all 4 weeks.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" posted increases over the year-ago week in Homes (+4%) and Total Viewers (+1%) and, for the 6th consecutive week, in both Women 18-49 (+10%) and Women 25-54 (+7%).

· "LIVE" grew week to week in Total Viewers to attract its biggest overall audience since premiere week - since the week of 9/3/12.

· On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE" is up over the comparable weeks last season by 10% in Women 18-49 and by 7% in Women 25-54, marking its biggest numbers through this point in a season in 4 years - since the 2008-09 season. In fact, "LIVE" is the only returning syndicated talk show to deliver year-over-year gains in both key Women demos.
