Adult Swim once again topped the charts last week as basic cable's #1 network in total day among adults 18-24, adults 18-34 and adults 18-49, as well as among young male demos. Meanwhile, Cartoon Network ranked as basic cable's top network in total day (6 a.m.-9 p.m.) and early prime (7-9 p.m.) delivery of boys 6-11 and boys 9-14. And TBS scored its third week in a row as basic cable's #1 entertainment network in primetime with adults 18-49.

Also last week, truTV's Hardcore Pawn delivered the network's biggest audience ever (3.1 million viewers); the NBA on TNT continues to show growth compared to last season; and NBA TV's NBA Fan Night scored a series high.

Cartoon Network

Cartoon Network ranked as the week's #1 network for Total Day (6 a.m.-9 p.m.) and Early Prime (7-9 p.m.) delivery of boys 6-11 & 9-14, earning 11% Total Day delivery gains among kids 9-14. Claiming cable's top network for all boy demos Monday-Friday night, Cartoon Network also earned across-the-board double-digit delivery growth Monday, Wednesday and Friday night among kids 2-11, 6-11 & 9-14 and all boys vs. last year.

The 5th Season Premiere of Adventure Time (Monday, 7:30 p.m.) scored as the television's #1 telecast of the week among kids 9-14 and all boy demos, as well as the #1 telecast of the day among kids 6-11. Immediately following, Regular Show (Monday, 8 p.m.) ranked #1 in its time period across all kids and boy demos.

Tuesday night's presentation of The Amazing World of Gumball (7 p.m.) ranked as the #1 telecast of the day among boys 9-14, and #1 in its time period among all boys. Similarly, The Looney Tunes Show (8 p.m.) ranked #1 in its time period among all boys.

Dragons: Riders of Berk presented a new episode immediately afterword, also ranking #1 in its time period among all boys, and increasing kids and boys delivery between 13% and 54%.

Adult Swim

Adult Swim's Total Day delivery propelled the network to #1 among adults 18-24, 18-34 & 18-49, as well as men 18-24 and 18-34 on basic cable this week. Adult Swim ranked among the Top 5 basic cable networks in Prime Time (Broadcast definition) delivery of adults 18-34 among basic cable networks. Compared to the same week in 2011, Prime ratings held across most key demos.

Premiere episodes of Adult Swim original series Robot Chicken (Sunday, 12 a.m.) and Superjail! (Sunday, 12:15 a.m.) generally saw increases with key demos vs. the same time period year ago. TBS

TBS chalked up its third consecutive week as basic cable's #1 entertainment network in primetime delivery of adults 18-49 (948,000).

TBS's primetime success continues to be driven by exceptional audience deliveries for The Big Bang Theory. Last week, the show accounted for all of basic cable's Top 15 sitcom telecasts with total viewers and adults 18-49. It also claimed 11 of the Top 15 sitcom telecasts with adults 18-34.
