"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is the Top Syndie Talker in Homes 3 Weeks in A Row, and in Total Viewers and Women 25-54 for the 2nd Consecutive Week

"LIVE's Viewer's Choice 2012" on Monday Hits a Season High in Women 25-54

Season to Date, "LIVE" Equals its Best Numbers in 5 Years Across All Key Women

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" National Ratings

Based on National ratings for the week of December 31, 2012, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 1 syndicated talk show in Households (2.7 rating) for the 3rd straight week, and for the 2nd week in a row in both Total Viewers (3.543 million) and Women 25-54 (1.6 rating).

· On Monday (12/31/12), "LIVE" hit a season high for any broadcast in Women 25-54 (2.0 rating) with its "Viewer's Choice 2012" telecast, which showcased the best "LIVE" moments of 2012 as voted on by the viewers. In addition, it was the show's 2nd-highest-rated airing this season in Homes, behind only the debut telecast with Michael as a co-host on 9/4/12.

· For the 2nd consecutive week, "LIVE" grew over the same week last year (w/o 12/26/11) in Women 25-54 (+7%).

· On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE" is up through the same weeks last season by 14% in Women 18-34, and retains 100% of its year-ago delivery in Women 18-49 and Women 25-54 to match its strongest performance through this point in a season in 5 years - since the 2007-08 season. The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include the highly promoted and high rated weeks leading up to the departure of Regis in November.
