"Katie" National Ratings - 2013 February Sweep

During the 2013 February Sweep "Katie" finished as the No. 1 freshman syndicated talk show, leading runner-up "Steve Harvey" by double-digit percentages in Homes (+19% - 1.9 rating vs. 1.6 rating) and Total Viewers (+11% - 2.483 million vs. 2.237 million). In fact, "Katie" has ranked as TV's No. 1 new syndicated talker for 25 consecutive weeks (on each week since its September 2012 debut).

· During February, "Katie" retained 100% of its big 2012 November Sweep delivery in Homes and Women 25-54.

· Season to date among the 18 syndie talkers on the market, newcomer "Katie" stands among the top-tier across key measures: Households (No. 6 - 1.9 rating), Total Viewers (No. 6 - 2.531 million) and Women 25-54 (No. 6 - 1.0 rating). And overall, "Katie" is TV's top new syndicated talk show in 3 years - since "Dr. Oz" in 2009.

"Katie" is executive-produced by Katie Couric and Michael Morrison and is distributed by Disney-ABC Domestic Television. Co-executive producers are Kathy Samuels, Michael Bass, Matt Strauss and Ethan Nelson and the program is directed by Joseph Terry.
