"THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JAY LENO" AND "LATE NIGHT WITH JIMMY FALLON" CONTINUE TO OUTPERFORM TIME-SLOT COMPETITION IN WEEK OF APRIL 22-26

Leno Has Now Defeated Letterman in 18-49 Demo for 23 Consecutive Weeks, Fallon Bests Ferguson in 18-49 for 28 of 29 Weeks

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - May 2, 2013 - "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" outperformed their respective time-slot competition in every key demo as well as total viewers for the week of April 22-26.

Leno won in the 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 demos in adults, men and women over both "Late Show With David Letterman" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live." In total viewers, Leno drew 3.5 million viewers while Letterman drew 2.8 million and Kimmel, which was in encores Tuesday and Friday but original telecasts the rest of the week, garnered 2.4 million.

Fallon outperformed "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" and "Nightline" in their 12:30 a.m. timeslot in all key demos. Fallon (1.7 million) also drew more total viewers that Ferguson (1.3 million) and "Nightline" (1.5 million).

Leno has now delivered bigger 18-49 audiences than Letterman for the last 23 weeks in a row and topped Kimmel for 14 of their 16 head-to-head weeks. In total viewers, Leno has out-delivered Letterman for 27 weeks in a row and "Kimmel" for 16 of 16 weeks.

Fallon has now generated bigger 18-49 audiences than Ferguson for 28 of the last 29 weeks and prevailed in total viewers for 25 of the last 27 weeks. Versus "Nightline" in their head-to-head half-hour, Fallon has out-delivered the ABC series for 16 weeks in a row in viewers 18-49 and 11 of the last 13 weeks in total viewers.
