FOX's Week Was Highlighted by Strong Performances from "So You Think You Can Dance," "MasterChef" and "Hell's Kitchen"

NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF JUNE 3 - JUNE 9, 2013

FOX's week was highlighted by strong performances from SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE, MASTERCHEF and HELL'S KITCHEN. On Wednesday, MASTERCHEF led FOX to win the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens and Total Viewers. It more than doubled the delivery of the night's No. 2 network among Adults 18-49 (2.3/7 vs. 1.1/4 for ABC and CBS) and grew +175% in Adults 18-34 (2.2/8 vs. 0.8/3 for ABC). Thursday's HELL'S KITCHEN rose +5% from the previous week and +16% from its 2012/13 season average for originals. For the week, FOX ranked No. 2 among Adults 18-34 and No. 3 among Adults 18-49.

Monday: FOX ranked No. 4 among Adults 18-49 and No. 3 with Adults 18-34. Following an encore RAISING HOPE (0.8/3), GOODWIN GAMES (0.7/2) among Adults 18-49 in the 8:30p half-hour, grew one-tenth its previous week. An encore NEW GIRL (0.6/2) at 9p led into the special airing of ANGER MANAGEMENT (0.7/2), which increased +40% versus its prior season average on FX.

Tuesday: FOX ranked No. 2 for the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, and Teens. SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (1.7/5) declined -11% from its previous week.

Wednesday: FOX won the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens, Total Viewers and all key demos. FOX more than doubled the delivery of the night's No. 2 network among Adults 18-49 (2.3/7 vs. 1.1/4 for ABC and CBS) and grew +175% in Adults 18-34 (2.2/8 vs. 0.8/3 for ABC). FOX has ranked No. 1 for 20 of the past 21 Wednesdays.

MASTERCHEF 8p (2.1/7) matched the previous week and its two week prior average. MASTERCHEF 9p (2.6/8) increased +4% week-to-week and has steadily improved since its premiere (three-week trend: 2.3/6 > 2.5/7 > 2.6/8). MASTERCHEF 9p was the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens (tie) and all key men and women demos. MASTERCHEF at 8p was the night's second highest-rated program in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and key men and women, ranking No. 1 with Teens (tie).

Thursday: FOX ranked No. 2 for the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. At 8p, HELL'S KITCHEN (2.2/7) rose +5% from the previous week and +16% from its 2012/13 season average for originals. HELL'S KITCHEN placed first in its time period among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens (tie). DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO GO (1.1/3) gained +10% from the previous week in Adults 18-49. DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO GO ranked No. 2 in its time period among Adults 18-49 (tie), Adults 18-34 and Teens.

Friday: FOX ranked No. 4 among Adults 18-49 for the night. BONES encore (0.7/3) and THE FOLLOWING encore (0.5/2) each matched the previous week.

Saturday: FOX placed No. 3 in Adults 18-49 and No. 2 among Adults 18-34 and Teens with FOX SATURDAY BASEBALL (0.7/3).

Sunday: FOX placed No. 3 in Sunday prime among Adults 18-49 and No. 2 among Adults 18-34 and Teens with encores of THE CLEVELAND SHOW (0.7/3), AMERICAN DAD (0.8/3), THE SIMPSONS (1.0/3), BOB'S BURGERS (0.9/3), FAMILY GUY 9p (1.3/4) and FAMILY GUY 9:30p (1.3/3). Versus their prior week's Adults 18-49 rating, THE CLEVELAND SHOW 7p remained flat, AMERICAN DAD fell -11%, and the remaining 8-9:30p comedies saw a more significant decline.
