At 8 o'clock, "Melissa & Joey" qualified as cable TV's #1 scripted original telecast in the time period in Women 18-34 (238,000/0.7 rating) and Women 18-49 (395,000/0.6 rating).

· Season to date, "Melissa & Joey" is cable TV's #1 program in the time period across Adults 18-34 (471,000/0.7 rating), Women 18-34 (337,000/1.0 rating), Women 18-49 (528,000/0.8 rating), Viewers 12-34 (593,000/0.6 rating) and Females 12-34 (443,000/1.0 rating).

· Based on a full week of viewing, "Melissa & Joey" spikes by 49% in Total Viewers (1.410 million vs. 944,000), by 62% in Adults 18-34 (550,000 vs. 339,000), by 56% in Adults 18-49 (890,000 vs. 572,000) and by 56% in Viewers 12-34 (700,000 vs. 450,000).

"Baby Daddy" (8:30-9:00 p.m.)

At 8:30 p.m., "Baby Daddy" hit a 5-week high in Adults 18-49 (588,000/0.5 rating) and set 3-week highs in Viewers 12-34 (488,000/0.5 rating) and Females 12-34 (358,000/0.8 rating), posting solid gains week to week in target demos.

· Season to date, "Baby Daddy" ranks as cable TV's #1 show in the half hour in Women 18-34 (363,000/1.1 rating) and Females 12-34 (497,000/1.1 rating), and is the #1 original cable TV program in Adults 18-34 (486,000/0.7 rating), Women 18-49 (529,000/0.8 rating) and Viewers 12-34 (642,000/0.7 rating).

· "Baby Daddy" grew over its "Melissa & Joey" lead in by a solid 8% in Total Viewers (920,000 vs. 851,000), by 12% in Viewers 12-34 (488,000 vs. 434,000) and by 16% in Females 12-34 (358,000 vs. 308,000).

· "Baby Daddy" ranked as cable TV's #1 original scripted telecast in the half hour in Women 18-34 and Women 18-49.

· Week to week, "Baby Daddy" surged by double digits in Total Viewers (+23% - 920,000 vs. 747,000), Adults 18-49 (+26% - 588,000 vs. 466,000) and Viewers 12-34 (+16% - 488,000 vs. 421,000).
