SLEEPY HOLLOW HOLDS STRONG IN WEEK 2

THE X FACTOR Delivers Its Highest-Ratings This Season

MASTERCHEF JUNIOR Gives FOX a +60% Year-Over-Year Lift at 8pm

With the first week of the official broadcast season underway, FOX ranked No. 2 for the week among Adults 18-34 and No. 3 (tie) for the week among Adults 18-49. In Live + 3 Day, SLEEPY HOLLOW retained 92% of the Adults 18-49 rating for its week-ago premiere.

On Wednesday, THE X FACTOR (2.5/7) posted its highest telecast this season, growing +14% week-to-week among Adults 18-49 (vs. 2.2/7), +18% in Adults 18-34 (2.0/7 vs. 1.7/6) and +33% in Teens (2.0/9 vs. 1.5/7), while gaining +17% in Total Viewers (7.7 Mil vs. 6.6 Mil).

On Friday, the series premiere of MASTERCHEF JUNIOR (1.6/6) was up +78% from last fall's premiere of Kitchen Nightmares in the time period (10/26/12, 0.9/3). MASTERCHEF JUNIOR gained +60% versus both Kitchen Nightmares' season average in the hour and the Fall 8-9p time period average with entertainment programming in Adults 18-49 (1.6/6 vs. 1.0/4 for both). Among English-language networks, MASTERCHEF JUNIOR ranked as the No. 1 program in Adults 18-34 (tie) and ranked No. 1 in its 8p hour in Adults 18-49 (tie) and Adults 18-34.

FOX had:

· 2 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: SLEEPY HOLLOW (No. 13) and THE SIMPSONS (No. 16).

· 6 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: FAMILY GUY (No. 10), THE SIMPSONS (No. 11), AMERICAN DAD (No. 13 tie), BOB'S BURGERS (No. 13 tie), NEW GIRL (No. 13 tie) and SLEEPY HOLLOW (No. 17).

· 8 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: THE X FACTOR-Wed. (No. 8), FAMILY GUY (No. 9 tie), AMERICAN DAD (No. 9 tie), THE SIMPSONS (No. 11 tie), GLEE (No. 11 tie), THE X FACTOR-Thu. (No. 15), BOB'S BURGERS (No. 19 tie) and SLEEPY HOLLOW (No. 19 tie).

Program and Nightly Highlights

Monday: Airing against season premieres on competitive broadcast networks, FOX ranked No. 3 in Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. FOX gained +39% (2.5/7 vs. 1.8/5) among Adults 18-49 from the same night last year (9/24/12, Bones/Mob Doctor). Week two of BONES posted a 1.9/5 at 8p, while the second episode of SLEEPY HOLLOW delivered a 3.1/8 at 9p. SLEEPY HOLLOW ranked No. 2 in its 9pm time period among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, and Teens.

In Live + 3 Day, SLEEPY HOLLOW retained 92% of the Adults 18-49 rating for its week-ago premiere. Although SLEEPY HOLLOW's actual rating point lift was the same week-to-week (+1.5), its percentage increase due to post-Same Day playback exceeded its debut.

BONES reflected the same percentage Live + 3 DVR lift as its season premiere.

Tuesday: Facing increased competition, FOX ranked No. 4 for the night among Adults 18-49 and No. 3 with Adults 18-34 (tie) with original episodes of DADS (1.5/5), BROOKLYN NINE-NINE (1.8/5), NEW GIRL (2.1/6) and THE MINDY PROJECT (1.5/4).

Wednesday: Primarily facing premieres on its competitors, FOX ranked No. 2 for the night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 (tie). FOX led the night with Teens, holding a +54% advantage over its nearest competitor (2.0/9 vs. 1.3/6 for ABC).

THE X FACTOR (2.5/7) posted its highest telecast this season, growing +14% week-to-week among Adults 18-49 (vs. 2.2/7), +18% in Adults 18-34 (2.0/7 vs. 1.7/6) and +33% in Teens (2.0/9 vs. 1.5/7), while gaining +17% in Total Viewers (7.7 Mil vs. 6.6 Mil). THE X FACTOR led its 8-10pm time period among Teens, ranking No. 2 with Adults 18-34. THE X FACTOR grew +13% from its first to last half hour among Adults 18-49 (2.3/7 > 2.6/7), +24% among Adults 18-34 (1.7/7 > 2.1/6) and +57% with Teens (1.4/6 > 2.2/9).

Thursday: FOX ranked No. 3 for the night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, ranking No. 2 with Teens.

THE X FACTOR (2.1/6) grew +5% over the prior week in Adults 18-49 (2.0/7). THE X FACTOR ranked No. 2 in the 8-9pm hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens, only behind CBS' The Big Bang Theory season premiere.

At 9pm, the season premiere of GLEE posted a 2.0/5 among Adults 18-49. Compared to its season finale, GLEE was steady among Adults 18-49 (2.0/6, 5/9/13), while up +11% in Adults 18-34 (2.1/7 vs. 1.9/6) and +20% in Teens (1.8/7 vs. 1.5/6). GLEE placed second in its time period among Adults 18-34 and led among Teens.

Friday: FOX ranked No. 4 among Adults 18-49 in Friday prime. The series premiere of MASTERCHEF JUNIOR (1.6/6) was up +78% from last fall's premiere of Kitchen Nightmares in the time period (10/26/12, 0.9/3). Saturday: FOX placed No. 5 among Adults 18-49 with College Football on FOX: University of Arizona vs. University of Washington (0.5/2).

Sunday: FOX ranked No. 2 in Sunday prime among the broadcast nets with an NFL Overrun running until 7:33p (9.6/31), The O.T. (4.7/15) and the 2013/14 season premieres of THE SIMPSONS (2.9/8), BOB'S BURGERS (2.2/5), FAMILY GUY (2.6/6) and AMERICAN DAD (2.1/5).
