CBS Premiere Week Is Up in Viewers and Even in Demos Versus Last Year with Live +3-Day Playback Included

CBS PREMIERE WEEK IS UP IN VIEWERS AND EVEN IN DEMOS VERSUS LAST YEAR WITH LIVE +3-DAY PLAYBACK INCLUDED

CBS Posts Largest Premiere Week Lifts of Any Network in Viewers, Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

L+3 Playback Extends CBS's Weekly Viewer Advantage and Moves Network into Second Place in Adults 18-49

"The Big Bang Theory" Special Overtakes Football as the Week's Top Program in Viewers and Adults 18-49

Live +3-Day DVR/VOD playback during premiere week lifted CBS to higher audience levels than premiere week a year ago, according to Nielsen live plus 3-day ratings.

Compared to L+3-Day audience totals for last year, CBS was up +1% in viewers increasing its audience to 12.40 million viewers for the week from 12.32m last year. Among adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, CBS was even with last year.

CBS posted the largest premiere week lifts of any network in viewers (+2.02m, +20%), adults 18-49 (+0.7, +32%) and adults 25-54 (+0.8, +27%).

With L+3 playback, CBS increased its weekly premiere live plus same day advantage over second place NBC's programs from 550,000 viewers to +1.24 million viewers and moved into second place (tie) in adults 18-49.

In addition, THE BIG BANG THEORY (S), THE BIG BANG THEORY and NCIS moved ahead of "Sunday Night Football" in viewers, while THE BIG BANG THEORY (S) surpassed "Sunday Night Football" to become the week's top program in viewers and adults 18-49.
