FOX POSTS +14% GAIN VERSUS SAME WEEK LAST SEASON IN ADULTS 18-49

GLEE Special Tribute Episode Delivers Highest Ratings in Over One Year

DADS and BROOKLYN NINE-NINE Show Week-to-Week Growth

ALCS GAME 1 Dominates Saturday Across All Key Demos

Driven by ratings gains on key nights, FOX was the only network to show growth (+14%) last week versus the same week last year in Adults 18-49. FOX also posted year-over-year growth among Adults 18-34 (+11%) and Total Viewers (+23%), and ranked No. 1 on four nights (Weds, Thurs, Friday, Sat) among Adults 18-34 last week.

Key highlights:

· On Monday, FOX was the only broadcast network to deliver year-over-year gains, up +60% from the same night last year (1.5/4 on 10/8/12).

· On Tuesday, NEW GIRL was the night's highest-rated comedy in Adults 18-49 and was the highest-rated program overall among Adults 18-34. In addition, new comedy BROOKLYN NINE-NINE grew from the previous week while DADS held steady.

· A special tribute episode of GLEE (2.9/8) delivered the show's highest Adults 18-49 rating for an original since the premiere of last season. It also grew +81% from the previous week (1.6/5), +61% over its prior two telecast average this season (1.8/5), and +21% from the comparable telecast last year (2.4/7 on 9/27/12).

· Friday's MASTERCHEF JUNIOR (1.4/5) increased +8% from the previous week (1.3/5) and led the network to rank No. 1 for the night among Adults 18-34.

· Saturday's ALCS GAME 1: TIGERS vs. RED SOX (1.9/7) gave FOX a victory on the night, ranking No. 1 among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers and all key demos.

· FOX ranked No. 2 in Sunday prime among the broadcast 7-nets with an NFL OVERRUN and ALCS GAME 2: DETROIT/BOSTON (2.4/6), which increased +26% in Adults 18-49 from the prior night's ALCS GAME 1 (1.9/7) and +50% from the NLCS 2012 GAME 2 on FOX last year (1.6/4).

Overall, FOX had:

· 3 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: GLEE (No. 10), SLEEPY HOLLOW (No. 12) and FOX MLB ALCS GAME 2 (No. 19).

· 8 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: GLEE (No. 5), NEW GIRL (No. 8), SLEEPY HOLLOW (No. 9), FOX MLB ALCS GAME 2 (No. 13), THE X FACTOR-Wed. (No. 14), THE MINDY PROJECT (No. 17 tie), THE X FACTOR-Thurs. (No. 17 tie) and BONES (No. 20).

· 5 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: GLEE (No. 3), THE X-FACTOR-Wed. (No. 6), SLEEPY HOLLOW (No. 12 tie), THE X FACTOR-Thu. (No. 12 tie) and FOX MLB ALCS GAME 2 (No. 15).

Nightly Details

Monday: FOX ranked No. 2 for the night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. In Adults 18-49, FOX was the only broadcast network to deliver year-over-year gains, up +60% (2.4/7 vs. 1.5/4) from the same night last year (10/8/12, Bones/Mob Doctor). SLEEPY HOLLOW ranked No. 2 in its 9pm time period among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, and Teens.

At 8p, BONES delivered a 2.1/6 in Adults 18-49, while at 9pm, SLEEPY HOLLOW posted a 2.8/7.

Tuesday: FOX ranked No. 4 for the night in Adults 18-49, up +7% from the previous week (1.6/5 vs. 1.5/4). DADS (1.3/4) was even with the previous week, while BROOKLYN NINE-NINE (1.5/4) improved +7% from the previous Tuesday (1.4/4). NEW GIRL (2.1/6) grew +11% from the previous week (1.9/5) and was the night's highest-rated comedy of the night in Adults 18-49. THE MINDY PROJECT closed the night with a 1.4/4 in Adults 18-49.

Wednesday: FOX ranked No. 3 for the night among Adults 18-49 and No. 1 among Adults 18-34 and Teens. Continuing the Four Chair Challenge, THE X-FACTOR WEDNESDAY (2.2/7), grew +10% from the previous Thursday's telecast (2.0/6).

Thursday: FOX placed third among Adults 18-49 and No. 1 among Adults 18-34 and Teens on Thursday. FOX grew +33% from the previous week, the only 7-net to display week to week increases (2.4/7 vs. 1.8/5).

The final night of the Four Chair Challenge on THE X-FACTOR THURSDAY (2.0/6) was even with the previous week's telecast (2.0/6).

Week three of GLEE featuring the special tribute to Cory Monteith (2.9/8) posted its highest Adults 18-49 rating for an original since the premiere of last season (3.0/8, 9/13/12). GLEE increased +81% from last week (1.6/5), +61% over its prior two telecast average this season (1.8/5), and +21% from the comparable telecast last year (2.4/7 on 9/27/12).

Friday: FOX ranked No. 3 among Adults 18-49 and No. 1 in Adults 18-34 in Friday prime. MASTERCHEF JUNIOR (1.4/5) increased +8% week-over-week (vs. 1.3/5), while a 9pm encore of SLEEPY HOLLOW (0.7/2) matched its prior encore rating.

Saturday: FOX placed No. 1 among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers and all key demos with ALCS GAME 1: TIGERS vs. RED SOX (1.9/7, 8:03-11:05pm).

Sunday: FOX ranked No. 2 in Sunday prime with an NFL OVERRUN running from 7-7:42p (10.8/34) and THE O.T. (6.3/18) leading into ALCS GAME 2 from 8:11-11p (2.4/6). With the deciding run coming in the bottom of the 9th inning for Boston, the ALCS GAME 2: DETROIT/BOSTON (2.4/6) increased +26% in Adults 18-49 from the prior night's ALCS GAME 1 (1.9/7, 8:03-11:05p) and +50% from the NLCS 2012 GAME 2: ST. LOUIS/SAN FRANCISCO on FOX last year (1.6/4, Mon. 10/15/12, 8:04-11:13p).
