FOX Hits Home Run with World Series as Network Ranks #1 for the Week Among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens and Total Viewers

NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 21 - OCTOBER 27, 2013

FOX HITS HOME RUN WITH WORLD SERIES AS NETWORK RANKS #1 FOR THE WEEK AMONG ADULTS 18-49, ADULTS 18-34, TEENS AND TOTAL VIEWERS

FOX hit one out of the park with the WORLD SERIES which led the network to rank #1 for the week among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens and Total Viewers. The WORLD SERIES Games 1, 2, 3, 4 led FOX to nightly wins on each night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. In addition, the WORLD SERIES outranked the competition by double digits on each night including Game 1's dominance of +79% over its closest broadcast competitor. Through four games, the 2013 MLB World Series on FOX is up +8% from last year (3.9/12 vs. 3.6/10) in Adults 18-49 and up +10% in Total Viewers (14.0 Mil vs. 12.7 Mil).

Additional highlights include, on Monday BONES (2.2/6) saw a +10% lift week-over-week (vs. 2.0/6) and was up +5% versus its season average (2.1/6). Tuesday's comedy BROOKLYN NINE-NINE at 8:30p (1.6/5) was up +7% from the previous week (1.5/4) and NEW GIRL was the highest-rated comedy of the night in Adults 18-49 and the highest-rated scripted broadcast program among Adults 18-34 (2.0/6).

In addition, FOX is up +3% in Total Viewers (8.0 Mil. vs 7.8 Mil) compared to last season.

Monday: Among Adults 18-49, FOX ranked No. 4 in Monday broadcast prime. BONES (2.2/6) saw a +10% lift week-over-week (vs. 2.0/6) and was up +5% versus its season average (2.1/6). A SLEEPY HOLLOW encore posted a 1.0/3 in Adults 18-49.

Tuesday: FOX ranked No. 4 (tie) among Adults 18-49 for the night, rising to No. 2 (tie) among Adults 18-34. DADS posted a 1.4/4 in Adults 18-49 at 8p, while BROOKLYN NINE-NINE at 8:30p (1.6/5) was up +7% from the previous week (1.5/4). NEW GIRL delivered a 1.8/5 at 9p and was the highest rated comedy of the night in Adults 18-49 and the highest rated scripted broadcast program among Adults 18-34 (2.0/6). THE MINDY PROJECT did a 1.3/3 among Adults 18-49 at 9:30p.

Wednesday: FOX won the night in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens outpacing its closest broadcast competitor, CBS, by +79% in Adults 18-49 (4.3/13 vs. 2.4/7). WORLD SERIES GAME 1: ST. LOUIS/BOSTON (4.2/13, 8:06-11:26p) was up +17% in Adults 18-49 versus Game 1 of the 2012 Detroit/San Francisco Series (3.6/10, Wed. 10/24/12, 8:03-11:37p) and up +83% from last Wednesday's ALCS Game 4: Boston/Detroit (2.3/7, Wed. 10/16/13, 8:03-11:35p).

Thursday: FOX placed No. 1 in Adults 18-49 for the second night in a row with Game 2 of the 2013 World Series, outpacing the closest broadcast competitor, CBS, by +30% (3.5/11 vs. 2.7/8). WORLD SERIES GAME 2: ST. LOUIS/BOSTON (3.6/11, 8:04-11:22p) was up one-tenth from the 2nd game of the 2012 Detroit/San Francisco Series (3.5/10, Thu. 10/25/12, 8:05-11:18p).

Friday: FOX ranked No. 5 among Adults 18-49 and No. 1 (tie) in Adults 18-34 in Friday prime. MASTERCHEF JUNIOR (1.4/5) was up +8% from its performance the previous week (1.3/5). Back-to-back repeat specials of THE SIMPSONS aired at 9p (0.8/3) & 9:30p (0.7/2).

Saturday: FOX placed No. 1 among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers and all key demos with WORLD SERIES GAME 3: ST. LOUIS/BOSTON (3.3/11, 8:02-12:12p). The game was up +18% in Adults 18-49 versus last year's comparable game (2.8/9, 2012 World Series Game 3: Detroit/San Francisco, Sat. 10/27/12, 8:02-11:32p).

Sunday: FOX won its first Sunday night this season among the 7 broadcast networks with Game 4 of the 2013 World Series. WORLD SERIES GAME 4: ST. LOUIS/BOSTON (4.6/12, 8:13p-12:00a) was up +39% in Adults 18-49 from the prior night for the World Series Game 3 (vs. 3.3/11) and was on par with the decisive World Series 2012 Game 4: Detroit/San Francisco on FOX last year (4.7/11, Sun. 10/28/12, 8:17-11:53p).
