During November 2013, powered by all new episodes throughout the month, Disney Channel, the 24-hour kid-driven, family-inclusive television network, ranked as TV's #1 network for the 31st consecutive month in Kids 6-11 (528,000/2.2 rating) and for the 43rd month in a row in Tweens 9-14 (496,000/2.1 rating).

Competitively, Disney Channel out-delivered Nickelodeon by robust double digits for the 29th consecutive month in both Kids 6-11 (+25% - 528,000 vs. 423,000) and Tweens 9-14 (+75% - 496,000 vs. 283,000).

In Prime, Disney Channel extended its streak as TV's #1 network to 105 consecutive months in Kids 6-11 (881,000/3.7 rating) and to 101 straight months in Tweens 9-14 (815,000/3.4 rating), and was the #2 cable TV network in Total Viewers (2.1 million), giving The Walt Disney Company the Top 2 most-watched networks for the month (#1 ESPN - 3.2 million).

· Disney Channel's premiere of "Sofia the First: The Floating Palace" (11/24/13, 7:00 - 7:55 p.m.) delivered 4.7 million Total Viewers - ranking as the week's #1 animated cable TV telecast - and became the #1 evening TV telecast year to date in Kids 2-5 (1.1 million/7.1 rating) and Girls 2-5 (706,000/9.3 rating). It also became the #1 evening preschool cable TV telecast of the year in Total Viewers, Kids 2-11 (2.5 million/6.2 rating), Adults 18-49 (1.4 million/1.1 rating) and Women 18-49 (911,000/1.4 rating).

· For the month, "Sofia the First" stood as TV's #1 series in Girls 2-5 (387,000/5.1 rating) and the #1 preschool cable TV series in Total Viewers (1.7 million) and Women 18-49 (369,000/0.6 rating).

· Disney Channel delivered the month's Top 2 TV telecasts in Kids 2-5, Top 5 TV telecasts in Kids 6-11 and Top 9 TV telecasts in Tweens 9-14 (42 of Top 50 - Top 5 below):

24- Hour Disney Junior Channel

24-hour Disney Junior Channel ranked as the #1 preschool-dedicated TV network for the 8th consecutive month in Total Viewers (438,000), Kids 2-5 (212,000/1.4 rating) and Boys 2-5 (109,000/1.4 rating) - every month since reporting public ratings on April 1, 2013 - was #1 for the 5th month running in Girls 2-5 (103,000/1.4 rating) and for the 6th straight month in Women 18-49 (94,000). Notably, this was the channel's #1 month to date in Women 18-49 and #2 month on record in Total Viewers and Kids 2-5.

· Among midsize cable TV networks, "Sofia the First" ranked as the month's #1 series in Total Viewers (800,000) and Kids 2-5 (382,000/2.5 rating), with the channel home to the Top 3 series in Women 18-49 with "Sofia the First" (168,000/0.3 rating), "Doc McStuffins" (130,000/0.2 rating) and "Jake and the Never Land Pirates" (126,000/0.2 rating).

· Disney Junior channel held the month's Top 2 telecasts in Kids 2-5, Top 11 in Boys 2-5 (Top 5 below) and Top 17 in Total Viewers (Top 5 below), across preschool-dedicated TV networks:

· Disney Junior Channel exceeded Nick Jr. by double digits across all core demos: +28% in Total Viewers (438,000 vs. 341,000), +22% in Kids 2-5 (212,000 vs. 174,000), +13% in Girls 2-5 (103,000 vs. 91,000), +31% in Boys 2-5 (109,000 vs. 83,000) and +45% in Women 18-49 (94,000 vs. 65,000), despite being in 14.0 million fewer homes.

· Disney Junior Channel more than tripled Sprout in Kids 2-5 (+248% - 212,000 vs. 61,000), Girls 2-5 (+232% - 103,000 vs. 31,000) and Boys 2-5 (+252% - 109,000 vs. 31,000) and more than doubled in Total Viewers (+196% - 438,000 vs. 148,000) and Women 18-49 (+161% - 94,000 vs. 36,000).
