"The Blacklist" and "The Voice" are tied for the #1 show of the night in 18-49 on the Big 4, with NBC winning six of six primetime half-hours among those networks. NBC is also currently winning the night among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in every key ratings category.
· From 8-10:01 p.m. ET, "The Voice" (3.5 rating, 9 share in adults 18-49, 12.4 million viewers overall) is currently up 6% versus last week's preliminary 3.3 in these fast-affiliate ratings and up 3% versus last week's 3.4 in official nationals, pending updates. In total viewers, "The Voice" is currently up 8% (12.397 million vs. 11.520 million in official nationals) to the show's top Monday result since Oct. 28. "The Voice" is tied for #1 for the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in 18-49 with "The Blacklist."
· "The Voice" ranked #1 or tied for #1 in the time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in every key demographic - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54. Versus its comparable fifth live Monday episode of the prior cycle "The Voice" is up 6% in 18-49 (3.5 vs. 3.3 on June 3) and up 10% in total viewers (12.397 million vs. 11.294 million), pending updates.
· From 10:01-11 p.m. ET, "The Blacklist" (3.5/10 in adults 18-49, 12.3 million viewers overall) is currently delivering its highest rating since the show's premiere on Sept. 23 (3.8), pending updates. In total viewers, it's also currently the top "Blacklist" since its Sept. 23 debut (12.6 million). The week-to-week gains are currently +17% in 18-49 rating (to a 3.5 from a 3.0) and +12% in total viewers (12.257 million vs. 10.964 million). And note that "Blacklist" is a heavily time-shifted show, with last week's telecast growing in L+3 by 52% or 1.59 rating points in 18-49 (to a 4.62 from a 3.03) and by more than 5 million viewers overall (to 16.0 million from 11.0 million.
· The week-to-week gain of 0.5 of a rating point is the most for any new drama this season on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox.
· "The Blacklist" ranked #1 in the hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and every other key demographic, with a current margin of 150% in adults 18-49 versus ABC's #2 "CMA Country Christmas" (3.5 vs. 1.4), pending updates. "The Blacklist" is tied with "The Voice" as the #1 show of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in 18-49.
· Versus NBC's averages in the slot last season, last night's "Blacklist" is currently up 75% in 18-49 rating (3.5 vs. 2.0, L+SD non-sports) and up 113% in total viewers (12.257 million vs. 5.746 million), pending updates.
In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 2.5/7 with an encore telecast; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 1.9/5 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.2/6.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 0.8/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.4/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/3.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.4/5 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's first-run "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.0/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.9/4 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
