48 HOURS: "Walking Free" was Saturday's #1 non-sports program with adults 25-54 - the demographic that matters most to those who advertise in news - as well as viewers and households, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Nov. 30, 2013.
48 HOURS (10:00-11:00 PM) posted a 3.2/06 with 4.76m viewers, a 1.4/04 with adults 25-54 and a 0.9/03 with adults 18-49. 48 HOURS won its 10:00 PM time period in adults 25-54, viewers and households.
Saturday's broadcast featured Richard Schlesinger and 48 HOURS' 13-year investigation into the case of former Indiana State Trooper David Camm, who was tried and convicted twice for killing his wife and children. Those convictions were overturned on appeal, and Camm was then found not guilty in his third murder trial. 48 HOURS: "Walking Free" included Camm's first network television interview since being released from prison and 13 years after the murders. "Walking Free" also included an interview with Charles Boney, now in prison for killing Camm's wife and children.
