"LIVE" is Up Over the Year-Ago Week for the 5th Consecutive Week

Monday Kick-Starts "LIVE's Holiday Gift Guide" As the Show's 2nd-Strongest Telecast on Any Day This Season

"LIVE" Posts its Best Performance Through This Point in a Season in 6 Years

During the week of December 9, 2013, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" was up over the prior week by 7% in Households (3.1 rating vs. 2.9 rating) to match a season high. In fact, "LIVE" delivered its highest HH rating in over 2 years - since w/o 11/21/11 (which was Kelly's first week as a solo host). In addition, "LIVE" grew week to week by 7% in Total Viewers (4.124 million vs. 3.841 million) and by 6% in Women 25-54 (1.7 rating vs. 1.6 rating), drawing its 2nd-biggest overall audience of the season.

· "LIVE" grew over the year-ago week (w/o 12/10/12) for the 5th week in a row, up by double digits year over year in Households (+19%), Total Viewers (+21%) and Women 25-54 (+13%).

· Monday's telecast (on 12/9/13), which kicked off "LIVE's Holiday Gift Guide" week-long event, was "LIVE's" 2nd best this season for any single telecast in Households (3.3 rating) and Total Viewers (4.401 million), behind only the show's Halloween episode on 10/31/13.

On average for the 2013-14 season to date, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households (2.8 rating), topping "Ellen" by 4% (2.7 rating).

· "LIVE" is up through the same 15 weeks last season by 8% in Households (2.8 rating vs. 2.6 rating) and by 7% in Women 25-54 (1.6 rating vs. 1.5 rating) to its deliver its strongest performance through this point in a season in 6 years - since the 2007-08 season. In addition, "LIVE" is growing its overall audience year over year by 9% in Total Viewers (3.675 million vs. 3.365 million). The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include the high-rated first weeks of Kelly and Michael as a new team.
