"Melissa & Joey" and "Baby Daddy" Soar to At Least 17-Month Highs in Total Viewers and Across All Target 18-34, 18-49 and 12-34 Demos

"Melissa & Joey" (8:00-8:30 p.m.)

At 8 o'clock, "Melissa & Joey" set 17-month highs among Total Viewers (1.4 million), Adults 18-34 (535,000/0.8 rating), Women 18-34 (405,000/1.2 rating), Adults 18-49 (843,000 /0.7 rating), Women 18-49 (632,000/1.0 rating), Viewers 12-34 (631,000/0.7 rating) and Females 12-34 (478,000/1.0 rating) - since 8/29/12.

· "Melissa & Joey" stood as cable TV's #1 telecast in its time period for the 5th-consecutive original telecast in Females 12-34, the #1 cable TV telecast for the 3rd time in its past four original airings in Women 18-34 and was the #1 scripted cable TV telecast in Women 18-49.

· "Melissa & Joey" produced considerable double-digits gains across all target demos week to week, including by 17% in Total Viewers (1.4 million vs. 1.2 million), by 25% in Adults 18-34 (535,000 vs. 428,000), by 21% in Adults 18-49 (843,000 vs. 696,000) and by 12% in Viewers 12-34 (631,000 vs. 561,000).

· Based on season to date Live + 3 ratings, "Melissa & Joey" builds to 1.7 million Total Viewers, 1.0 million Adults 18-49 and 753,000 Viewers 12-34.

"Baby Daddy" (8:30-9:00 p.m.)

At 8:30 p.m., "Baby Daddy" soared to 17-month highs in Total Viewers (1.3 million), Adults 18-34 (595,000/0.9 rating), Women 18-49 (613,000/1.0 rating), Viewers 12-34 (730,000/0.8 rating) and Females 12-34 (583,000/1.3 rating) and hit an over year-and-a-half high in Women 18-34 (465,000/1.4 rating) - since 8/29/12 and 7/11/12, respectively. In fact, it was the series' #3 telecast on record in Women 18-34 and #4 telecast to date in Adults 18-34.

· "Baby Daddy" ranked as the #1 cable TV telecast in the half hour in Females 12-34, the #1 scripted cable TV telecast in Women 18-34 and #1 scripted original telecast in Adults 18-34, Women 18-49 and Viewers 12-34.

· "Baby Daddy" grew over its "Melissa & Joey" lead in by solid margins in target Adult 18-34 (+11% - 595,000 vs. 535,000), Women 18-34 (+15% - 465,000 vs. 405,000), Viewer 12-34 (+16% - 730,000 vs. 631,000) and Female 12-34 (+22% - 583,000 vs. 478,000) demos.

· Week to week, "Baby Daddy" posted solid double-digit increases across all target demos, including by 18% in Total Viewers (1.3 million vs. 1.1 million), by 51% in Adults 18-34 (595,000 vs. 394,000), by 28% in Adults 18-49 (795,000 vs. 620,000) and by 25% in Viewers 12-34 (730,000 vs. 586,000).

· Based on season to date Live + 3 ratings, "Baby Daddy" climbs to 1.5 million Total Viewers, 927,000 Adults 18-49 and 768,000 Viewers 12-34.
