CBS Wins Fourth Straight Week in Viewers and Places First in Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

Network Has Eight of the Top 10 Broadcasts

Sunday and Thursday Editions of "Big Brother" Are the Week's Top Two Broadcasts in Adults 18-49 with Wednesday Edition Ranking Fourth

"Unforgettable" Posts Growth in New Time Period

The premiere of EXTANT, starring Academy Award winner Halle Berry, was the week's most watched program, leading CBS to its fourth consecutive weekly win in viewers and its first in both adults 18-49 (tie) and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending July 13.

EXTANT, with 9.58 million viewers, posted the summer's largest audience for a scripted premiere (just ahead of UNDER THE DOME) and the best new summer series premiere audience to date. EXTANT also posted the best delivery for a new summer series premiere in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 (tie).

With live plus 3-day DVR playback lift, EXTANT added +2.30m viewers (11.88m from 9.58m), +0.7 rtg pt in adults 25-54 (3.1 from 2.4) and +0.6 rtg pt in adults 18-49 (2.2 from 1.6) live plus 3-day lift from live plus same day.

For the week, the Sunday and Thursday editions of BIG BROTHER were the top two broadcasts in adults 18-49 while BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY placed fourth. THE BIG BANG THEORY (R), UNDER THE DOME and EXTANT (P) were the week's top scripted broadcasts and all finished in the top 10.

EXTANT posted the summer's largest audience for a scripted premiere (just ahead of UNDER THE DOME's 9.41m viewers) and the best new summer series premiere audience to date. EXTANT posted the best delivery for a new summer series premiere in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 (tie). EXTANT was the night's top program in both viewers and adults 25-54.

BIG BROTHER

· BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY was first in viewers (6.03m), adults 25-54 (2.3/08), adults 18-49 (1.9/07) and adults 18-34 (1.4/06). Compared to last week, BIG BROTHER was up +6% in adults 18-49 (from 1.8/07), +5% in adults 25-54 (from 2.2/07), +27% in adults 18-34 (from 1.1/05) and added +360,000 viewers (from 5.67m, +6%). BIG BROTHER was the night's #1 program in adults 18-49.

· BIG BROTHER THURSDAY was first in viewers (6.20m), adults 25-54 (2.6/08) and adults 18-49 (2.1/07). Compared to last week, BIG BROTHER was up +31% in adults 18-49 (from 1.6/06), +37% in adults 25-54 (from 1.9/06) and added +1.37m viewers (from 4.83m, +29%). BIG BROTHER was the night's #1 broadcast in adults 18-49.

· BIG BROTHER SUNDAY was first in viewers (6.63m), adults 25-54 (2.5/08), adults 18-49 (2.2/08) and adults 18-34 (1.5/06). Compared to last week, BIG BROTHER was up +9% in adults 25-54 (from 2.3/07), +16% in adults 18-49 (from 1.9/07), +25% in adults 18-34 (from 1.2/05) and added +620,000 viewers (from 6.01m, +10%). BIG BROTHER posted the summer's second-best BIG BROTHER audience for any night and best Sunday delivery in adults 25-54, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34.

UNFORGETTABLE

· In its new 9:00 PM time period, UNFORGETTABLE was first in viewers (6.02m), second in adults 25-54 (1.4/04) and averaged 0.9/03 in adults 18-49. Compared to last week at 10PM, UNFORGETTABLE was up +17% in adults 25-54 (from 1.2/03) and +29% in adults 18-49 (from 0.7/02).
