"Pretty Little Liars":

Continuing to dominate its cable competition, "Pretty Little Liars" ranked as Tuesday's #1 cable TV telecast at 8 o'clock for the 101st-consecutive original telecast in Females 12-34 (1.2 million/2.6 rating) - each telecast since its June 2010 series debut - 53rd in Adults 18-34 (1.0 million/1.5 rating), 60th in Women 18-34 (830,000/2.5 rating), 56th in Women 18-49 (1.0 million/1.6 rating) and 64th in Viewers 12-34 (1.4 million/1.5 rating).

Moreover, "Pretty Little Liars" qualified as Tuesday's #1 Prime TV telecast in Women 18-34 and Females 12-34 for the 5th-consecutive week, was the night's #1 original cable TV telecast in Adults 18-34 and Viewers 12-34 and cable TV's #1 telecast in Women 18-49.

· Season to date, "Pretty Little Liars" ranks as TV's #1 series in its time period across Adults 18-34 (1.3 million/1.9 rating), Women 18-34 (1.1 million/3.2 rating), Viewers 12-34 (1.9 million/2.1 rating) and Females 12-34 (1.7 million/3.7 rating) and is cable TV's #1 series in the hour in Total Viewers (2.9 million), Adults 18-49 (1.6 million/1.3 rating) and Women 18-49 (1.4 million/2.2 rating).

· Based on season-to-date L+3 ratings, "Pretty Little Liars" spikes to 3.3 million Total Viewers, 1.4 million Adults 18-34, 1.9 million Adults 18-49 and 2.2 million Viewers 12-34.

"Chasing Life":

At 9 o'clock, "Chasing Life" ranked as cable TV's #1 telecast in the hour for the 4th time in six telecasts in Females 12-34 (553,000/1.2 rating) and was the #2 cable TV telecast in Women 18-34 (335,000/1.0 rating).

· Season to date, "Chasing Life" is cable TV's #1 series in its time period in Women 18-34 (470,000/1.4 rating), Viewers 12-34 (842,000/0.9 rating) and Females 12-34 (752,000/1.6 rating) and is the #1 original-scripted cable TV telecast in Adults 18-34 (548,000/0.8 rating).

· Based on season-to-date L+3 ratings, "Chasing Life" builds to 1.7 million Total Viewers, 954,000 Adults 18-49 and 970,000 Viewers 12-34.
