[via press release from NBC]

Tuesday Results:

NBC won Tuesday night in total viewers among the Big 4 with the #1 show of the night in 18-49 and total viewers, "America's Got Talent."

· "Food Fighters" (1.2/5 in 18-49, 4.3 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) retained 92% of last week's results in 18-49 rating (1.2 vs. 1.3) and 91% in total viewers (4.3 million vs. 4.7 million) and is up +20% versus the show's debut two weeks ago in 18-49 (1.2 vs. 1.0), despite far tougher competition this week from ABC (1.7 in the hour from "CMA Festival" vs. a 1.1 last week from "Extreme Weight Loss"). "Food Fighters" ranked #2 in the slot among the Big 4 nets behind only ABC's "CMA" special in adults 18-49, total viewers and other key measures and the 1.2 ties ABC's "Rising Star" for the highest week-three rating among the five new reality shows on the Big 4 so far this summer that have run at least three weeks

· "America's Got Talent" (2.0/6 in 18-49, 8.9 million viewers overall from 9-11 p.m. ET) ranks as the #1 show of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 and total viewers. "Talent" was #1 or tied for #1 among Big 4 programs last night in every key measure.

· "America's Got Talent" won the time period versus ABC's "CMA Music Festival" in 18-49, total viewers and other key measures.

· "Talent" improved its position relative to the "CMA Festival" with each succeeding half-hour, going from a deficit of 0.2 at 9 p.m. (with a 1.8 rating vs. a 2.0) to a tie at 9:30 (2.0 vs. 2.0) to a lead of 0.2 at 10 (2.1 vs. 1.9) to a lead of 0.3 at 10:30 (2.0 vs. 1.7), for a swing of 0.5 of a point from its first half-hour to its fourth.
