THE BIG BANG THEORY topped Monday in viewers and key demographics while freshman drama SCORPION was the night's most-watched drama, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Oct. 6. (Live +7 day projections follow.)
At 8:00 PM, THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in viewers (15.54m), adults 25-54 (5.9/16) and adults 18-49 (4.4/14). THE BIG BANG THEORY was the night's most-watched broadcast and highest-rated in key demographics.
At 8:30 PM, a rebroadcast of THE BIG BANG THEORY (R) (S) averaged 11.87m viewers, 2.9/09 in adults 18-49 and 4.2/10 in adults 25-54.
At 9:00 PM, SCORPION averaged 11.82m viewers, 2.5/07 in adults 18-49 and 3.6/08 in adults 25-54. SCORPION was Monday's most-watched drama.
At 10:00 PM, NCIS: LOS ANGELES averaged 8.60m viewers, 1.6/05 in adults 18-49 and 2.4/06 in adults 25-54. Compared to the year-ago time period, NCIS: LOS ANGELES was up +65% in viewers, +33% in adults 18-49 and +50% in adults 25-54.
For the night, CBS was second in viewers (11.37m), adults 25-54 (3.7/09) and adults 18-49 (2.6/08). Compared to the same night last year, CBS was up +82% in viewers, +37% in adults 18-49 and +54% in adults 25-54.
