On Friday, October 31, 2014, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" scored its highest-rated Halloween show in 9 years in Households (since 2005) with an impressive 4.0/13 in the 56 U.S. Metered Markets, up over last year's special by 11% (3.6/13 on 10/31/13).

"LIVE's Best Halloween Show Ever... Seriously" marked the show's highest-rated telecast on any day since "LIVE's" Post-Oscars broadcast in March -- since 3/3/14.

· "LIVE" beat "Ellen's" Halloween show by double digits in Households (+25% - 4.0/13 vs. 3.2/8) and Women 25-54 (+20% - 1.8/12 vs. 1.5/8).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked No. 1 in HHs in its time period each of the Top 5 U.S. markets (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia and Dallas). In New York, "LIVE" delivered a strong 5.1/19 in Homes in its 9:00 a.m. time period.
