"LIVE" Posts its Best Performance Through This Point in a Season in 7 Years

During the week of October 20, 2014, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew 4% week to week in Households (2.9 rating vs. 2.8 rating) to match a season high and was up 3% in Total Viewers to attract its largest overall audience this season. In fact, "LIVE" tied its highest HH rating since March and hit a 27-week high in Total Viewers - since the weeks of 3/3/14 and 4/14/14, respectively. "LIVE" was the only top-tier talk show to post weekly gains in either Households or Total Viewers.

· "LIVE" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show for the 6th consecutive week in Households and Total Viewers, beating "Ellen" (2.6 rating and 3.527 million) in both Nielsen measures despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels.

· Hitting new season highs on Thursday (10/23/14), "LIVE" scored its best numbers for any single telecast in more than 7 months in Homes (3.2 rating) and Viewers (4.252 million) - since Tuesday, 3/4/14.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" scored double-digits gains over the year-ago week (2.6 rating and 3.450 million on w/o 10/21/13) in Households (+12%) and Total Viewers (+11%), growing year over year in all 8 weeks of its season. In fact, "LIVE" is up by 4% in Homes and 7% in Viewers from the start of last season to deliver its strongest performance in 7 years - since the 2007-08 season.
