The CW Shoots to Most Watched Wednesday in More Than Two Years

December 4, 2014 (Burbank, CA) - Hot on the heels of THE FLASH's strong performance Tuesday night, the ARROW crossover episode scored its highest-rated episode ever in adults 18-49 (1.4/4), and had its second most watched episode ever (3.86 million), behind only its series premiere on 10/10/12, according to preliminary Live Plus Same Day Nielsen ratings for Wednesday, December 3, 2014.

With last night's conclusion of the epic crossover event, ARROW matched its series high in adults 18-34 (1.2/5) and men 18-34 (1.5/6), and hit a new series high in men 18-49 (1.7/6).

ARROW ranked #1 in the hour in men 18-34, #2 in the hour in adults 18-34, #2 in men 18-49, and also outrated Fox in both adults 18-49 and total viewers.

Week to week, ARROW was up +46% in total viewers, +50% in adults 18-34, +50% in men 18-34, +56% in adults 18-49, and +70% in men 18-49.

THE 100 hit a season high in total viewers (1.94 million), rising +18% over last week, and remained even with last week's season highs in adults 18-34 (0.5/2) and in adults 18-49 (0.6/2).

This was The CW's most watched Wednesday night (2.9 million) in more than two years, since 11/14/12, and highest rated in adults 18-49 (1.0/3), in more than a year.

The CW ranked #1 for the night (8-10 pm) among broadcasters in men 18-34 (1.0/4).

Week to week, The CW was up +35% in total viewers, +29% in adults 18-34 (0.9/3), and +43% in adults 18-49 (1.0/3).

Versus this same Wednesday last year, The CW was up +16% in total viewers and +11% in adults 18-49.

THE 100 hit a season high in total viewers (1.86 million), rising +18% over its last original, and remained even from its last original airing with season highs in adults 18-34 (0.5/2) and in adults 18-49 (0.6/2).

This was The CW's most watched Wednesday night (2.89 million) in more than two years, since 11/14/12, and highest rated in adults 18-49 (1.0/3), in more than a year.

The CW ranked #1 for the night (tie) among broadcasters in men 18-34 (1.0/4).

Versus its last night of originals two weeks ago, The CW was up +35% in total viewers, +29% in adults 18-34 (0.9/3), and +43% in adults 18-49.

Versus this same Wednesday last year, The CW was up +16% in total viewers and +11% in adults 18-49.
