Based on Nielsen's just released Upscale ratings for its debut last week, Fresh Off the Boat is now the season's #1 freshman series with high-income Adults 18-49... giving ABC the Top 3 new series of 2014-15 (Fresh Off the Boat, How to Get Away with Murder and black-ish):

· Among Adults 18-49 in homes with $100K+ Annual Income in the Nielsen's non-sports averages, ABC (2.60 rating) ranks No. 1 this season, leading NBC by 7% (2.42 rating), CBS by 9% (2.40 rating) and Fox by 52% (1.71 rating).

· ABC airs 8 of the Top 15 highest-rated broadcast entertainment series this season (the most for any net) among high-income young adults ($100k+), including the No. 1 show with "Modern Family" and the Top 3 new TV shows with "Fresh Off the Boat," "How to Get Away with Murder" and "black-ish:" Modern Family" (7.78 rating) - No. 1, "Scandal" (6.10) - No. 4, "Fresh Off the Boat" (5.35 - No. 1 new comedy) - No. 5, "Grey's Anatomy" (4.92) - No. 7, "The Bachelor" (4.50) - No. 9, "Once Upon a Time" (4.29) - No. 10, "HTGAWM" (4.19 - No. 1 new drama) - No. 11 and "black-ish" (3.99 - No. 2 new comedy) - No. 14.
