Monday Primetime Results:
· The season finale of "The Celebrity Apprentice" (1.6/4 in 18-49, 6.0 million viewers overall from 8-10:01 p.m. ET) grew +14% versus last week's original in 18-49 (1.6 vs. 1.4 from 9-10:01 on Feb. 9) and was up +20% in total viewers (5.989 million vs. 4.979 million).
· Versus the prior cycle's finale, "The Celebrity Apprentice" increased by +7% in adult 18-49 rating (1.6 vs. 1.5 from 9-11 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 19, 2013) and was up +13% in total viewers (5.989 million vs. 5.300 million). In addition to outscoring the prior cycle's finale, last night's "Celebrity Apprentice" topped all 12 telecasts of that prior cycle in total viewers.
· "The Celebrity Apprentice" will add significant audience with time-shifted viewing -- last week's telecast grew by +25% in 18-49 rating going from L+3 vs. L+SD (from a 1.42 rating to a 1.78) and by 1.1 million viewers overall (from 5.0 million to 6.1 million). L+7 ESTIMATES: 2.1 in 18-49, 7.3 million viewers overall.
· "State of Affairs" (1.0/3 in 18-49, 4.5 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET) matched last week's 18-49 rating (1.0 vs. 1.0) and grew by +11% week to week in total viewers (4.476 million vs. 4.037 million). Last night's "State of Affairs" maintained its full 18-49 rating from half-hour to half-hour (1.0 vs. 1.0), despite the 10 p.m. hour.
· "State of Affairs" will increase substantially in L+3 -- the week-ago telecast grew by 52% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (1.01 to 1.53)and by more than 2.1 million persons (from 4.0 million to 6.2 million). L+7 ESTIMATES: 1.7 in 18-49, 7.1 million viewers overall.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday Night:
· In 55 of Nielsen's 56 metered markets (averages currently exclude Atlanta), household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 3.1/8; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.4/6; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.3/6.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.3/6; "Late Show," 0.5/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/2.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.2/1 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.4/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.1/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
