"LIVE" Marks its Best 23-Week Average in HHs in 7 Years and in Viewers in 8 Years

During the week of February 2, 2015, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" matched a season high in Households, growing 6% over the prior week (3.3 rating vs. 3.1 rating). In addition, "LIVE" was up week to week by 8% in Total Viewers (4.444 million vs. 4.098 million), drawing its 2nd-largest audience of the season, and by 7% in Women 25-54 (1.6 rating vs. 1.5 rating). In fact, "LIVE" was the only top-tier syndicated talk show to post weekly growth in the Women 25-54 demo.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" was the week's No. 2 syndie talker in Homes (3.3 rating), Total Viewers (4.444 million) and Women 25-54 (1.6 rating), beating "Ellen" (2.9 rating, 4.069 million and 1.5 rating) in all three Nielsen measures despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels. This week marked "LIVE's" 7th consecutive win over "Ellen" in Households.

· "LIVE" delivered at least a 3.0 rating in Households on all 5 telecasts of the week: Monday - 3.6 rating, Tuesday - 3.2 rating, Wednesday - 3.3 rating, Thursday - 3.2 rating, Friday - 3.2 rating. In fact, Monday's airing (on 2/2/15), featuring guests Jeff Bridges, Busy Philipps and Diana Krall, tied "LIVE's" 3rd-highest-rated telecast of the season in Homes.

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is up for the 2nd consecutive year to deliver its strongest 23-week average in 7 years in Homes (+3% - 3.0 rating vs. 2.9 rating) and in 8 years in Total Viewers (+4% - 4.044 million vs. 3.907 million) - since the 2007-08 and 2006-07 seasons, respectively.

· On average for the 2014-15 season to date, "LIVE" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households, Total Viewers and Women 25-54 (tie).
