"Baby Daddy" Registers Season and Multi-Month Highs Among Total Viewers, Viewers 12-34 and Females 12-34

"Baby Daddy" (8:31-9:02 p.m.)

With season highs and building by double digits in L+3 delivery, "Baby Daddy" grew to a 5-1/2-month high in Total Viewers (1.242 million) and 5-month highs in Viewers 12-34 (665,000/0.7 rating) and Females 12-34 (482,000/1.0 rating) - since 1/14/15 and 1/28/15, respectively. Moreover, it was the series' 2nd most watched telecast in over 1 year in Total Viewers - since 5/28/14.

· "Baby Daddy" was easily cable TV's #1 telecast in the half hour in Adults 18-34 (497,000/0.7 rating) and across target Women categories (W18-34/W18-49/F12-34), and was the #1 original scripted cable TV telecast in Adults 18-49 (722,000/0.5 rating) and Viewers 12-34.

· "Baby Daddy" grew over its "Melissa & Joey" lead-in by solid margins among key demos, including by 21% in Total Viewers (1.242 million vs. 1.027 million), by 24% in Adults 18-34 (497,000 vs. 402,000), by 6% in Adults 18-49 (722,000 vs. 682,000) and by 30% in Viewers 12-34 (665,000 vs. 512,000).

· "Baby Daddy" climbed by robust double-digit margins in L+3 versus L+SD delivery across all target demos, including by 54% in Total Viewers (1.242 million vs. 807,000), by 80% in Adults 18-34 (497,000 vs. 276,000), by 70% in Adults 18-49 (722,000 vs. 425,000) and by 73% in Viewers 12-34 (665,000 vs. 385,000).
