NEW YORK - July 2, 2015 - NBC's "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" and "Late Night with Seth Meyers" have dominated late-night ratings for second quarter of 2015, outscoring their ABC and CBS time-period competition in every key ratings category - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers.

Fallon averaged a 1.04 rating in adults 18-49 and 3.573 million viewers overall for the quarter, to generate a +68% margin over ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" (0.62) in 18-49 and a +121% advantage over "CBS Summer Showcase" (0.47 from May 25 through June 26). Fallon also topped the quarter's combined CBS average of "CBS Summer Showcase" and "Late Show with David Letterman" in all key measures, including a +68% margin over their combined 0.62 in adults 18-49.

For the second quarter at 12:35 a.m. ET, Meyers averaged a 0.44 rating in adults 18-49 and 1.408 million viewers overall, beating CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.33) by a +33% advantage in 18-49.
