"The Fosters" and "Baby Daddy" Surge to Season- and Multi-Month Highs In Total Viewers and Across Target 18-34, 18-49 and 12-34 Demographics

"The Fosters" (Mon., 8:00-9:01 p.m.)

With across the board, double-digit, week-to-week gains, "The Fosters" recorded season- and multi-month highs in Total Viewers (2.122 million), Adults 18-34 (724,000/1.1 rating), Women 18-34 (587,000/1.7 rating), Adults 18-49 (1.117 million/0.9 rating), Women 18-49 (905,000/1.4 rating), Viewers 12-34 (1.173 million/1.3 rating) and Females 12-34 (993,000/2.2 rating), ranking as cable TV's #1 scripted telecast in the hour across the demos.

This marked "The Fosters'" most watched telecast in nearly 6 months in Total Viewers and in close to 4 months among key 18-49 and 12-34 measures - since 1/19/15 and 3/23/15, respectively.

· "The Fosters" surged by solid double-digit margins in L+3 versus L+SD delivery across all target demos, including by 64% in Total Viewers (2.122 million vs. 1.295 million), by 76% in Adults 18-34 (724,000 vs. 412,000), by 73% in Adults 18-49 (1.117 million vs. 647,000) and by 69% in Viewers 12-34 (1.173 million vs. 695,000).

· Week to week, "The Fosters" grew by considerable margins among target demos, including by 12% in Total Viewers (2.122 million vs. 1.888 million), by 11% in Adults 18-34 (724,000 vs. 653,000) and by 10% in Adults 18-49 (1.117 million vs. 1.017 million).

"Baby Daddy" (Wed., 8:31-9:00 p.m.)

"Baby Daddy" generated season and near 6-month highs in Total Viewers (1.261 million), Women 18-34 (401,000/1.2 rating) and Women 18-49 (566,000/0.9 rating) and Females 12-34 (493,000/1.1 rating) - since 1/14/15 - and produced 4-week highs in Adults 18-34 (521,000/0.8 rating) and Adults 18-49 (772,000/0.6 rating) - since 6/17/15 - easily ranking as cable TV's #1 scripted telecast in the half hour across the Adult demos.

· "Baby Daddy" spiked by substantial double-digits in L+3 versus L+SD delivery across all core categories, including by 65% in Total Viewers (1.261 million vs. 763,000), by 84% in Adults 18-34 (521,000 vs. 283,000), by 70% in Adults 18-49 (772,000 vs. 455,000) and by 81% in Viewers 12-34 (620,000 vs. 343,000).

· "Baby Daddy" produced across-the-board, week-to-week increases, including by 4% in Total Viewers (1.261 million vs. 1.213 million), by 16% in Adults 18-34 (521,000 vs. 448,000) and by 10% in Adults 18-49 (772,000 vs. 703,000).
