"TUT" DIGS UP BIG RATINGS FOR SPIKE

2.6 Million Total Viewers Tune In To Night 1 Of Spike's Epic Event Series

New York, NY, July 20, 2015 - Spike's most ambitious project to date, the scripted 3-night event-series "TUT" launched with big numbers for the network on Sunday, July 19. "TUT" delivered 2.6 million viewers for Night 1, including the premiere telecast and two encore presentations that followed.

The premiere telecast (9:00-10:54pm) drew 1.7 million viewers. This marks the largest audience for Spike in this timeslot in 7 years. The following airings drew 661,000 and (10:54pm-12:54am) and 273,000 (12:54-2:56am).

"We are thrilled that "TUT" resonated with viewers and delivered a big audience for Spike's first scripted event series in almost a decade," said Sharon Levy, Executive Vice President, Original Series. "The big numbers are a testament the hard work and creativity of the incredible cast and crew of "TUT."

The 9pm broadcast was sampled by 5.3 million viewers (1 minute qualifier) with 7.4 million sampling over the course of the three telecasts.

"Tut" is produced for Spike by Muse Entertainment ("The Kennedys," "Being Human," "The Pillars of the Earth," "Bomb Girls") with Joel S. Rice and Michael Prupas as Executive Producers from Muse. The project is also executive produced by Greg Gugliotta ("The Fosters"), Michael Vickerman ("Impact"), Elice Island Entertainment's Jeremy Elice, Angela Mancuso ("Spartacus"), and Director/Executive Producer David Von Ancken ("Hell on Wheels") and written by Michael Vickerman, Peter Paige & Bradley Bredeweg ("The Fosters"). Sharon Levy, Executive Vice President, Original Series at Spike also serves as an Executive Producer. Producers are Irene Litinsky ("Being Human") and Guy Louthan ("The Call") and Vlad Wolynetz is Co-Executive Producer.
