Since Countdown to Christmas Launched, Hallmark Channel is #1 Among W25-54 Rating and Delivery

Countdown to Christmas rings in another successful weekend with the most recent original premieres, Northpole: Open for Christmas and Merry Matrimony catapulting Hallmark Channel to be the most-watched cable network for the entire weekend among HHs, W18-49, W25-54 and total viewers. Since the franchise's kickoff, Hallmark Channel has become the most-watched network among W25-54. The Saturday, November 21st premiere of Northpole: Open for Christmas averaged a 3.0 HH rating and 3.5 million total viewers, becoming the #1 rated program of the day among HHs and W25-54. Replacing Christmas Incorporated, Northpole: Open for Christmas is now Hallmark Channel's most-watched original movie premiere of 2015-to-date among W25-54. In its 8pm time period, the original movie ranked Hallmark Channel as the most-watched and highest-rated network among HHs, W18-49, W25-54, A25-54, and total viewers. Northpole: Open for Christmas also became the most tweeted original movie premiere for the week across cable and broadcast and #NorthpoleOpenForChristmas trended during its Saturday night debut.

Merry Matrimony, which debuted on Sunday, November 22nd, garnered a 2.8 HH rating and 3.3 million total viewers to become the #1 rated movie of the day among HHs and W25-54. Among A25-54, the premiere marks Hallmark Channel's most-watched original movie of 2015-to-date.

Hallmark Channel's first-ever Thanksgiving Weekend Event will feature an unprecedented 5 consecutive nights of new original movie premieres including Once Upon a Holiday (November 25 at 8/7C), 12 Gifts of Christmas (November 26 at 8/7c), Crown for Christmas (November 27 at 8/7c), A Christmas Detour (November 28 at 8/7c) and Angel of Christmas (November 29 at 8/7c).

In Northpole: Open for Christmas, when Mackenzie Reed (Lori Loughlin) inherits her beloved aunt's once-majestic hotel, she decides the sensible thing to do is sell it before Christmas. Fixing up the rundown place while managing the hotel staff (including the handyman and his kids) and dealing with demanding guests is more challenging than she had anticipated. That's when the magic of Christmas intervenes. Mackenzie gets some unexpected help as Clementine (Bailee Madison) and a group of Elves arrive on a special mission from Santa to repair the hotel and at the same time help her to rediscover some hidden talents along with the true meaning of Christmas.

In Merry Matrimony, Brie (Jessica Lowndes), an advertising executive, lands her dream assignment organizing the perfect Christmas wedding for a fashion magazine. If she succeeds, she will make partner at her firm. The only catch is that she unknowingly has been paired up with a certain high powered fashion photographer who just happens to be her estranged ex-boyfriend.

In Murder, She Baked: A Plum Pudding Mystery, Hannah Swensen (Alison Sweeney) is making plum pudding and trying to solve the murder of a man in his own office. It turns out the list of suspects who would have wanted to see the guy dead is a long one, from a bitter ex-wife to exasperated investors. But Hannah is on the case, not to mention ready for a little Christmas season romance.
