Hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic, the telecast delivered an average of 1.7M total viewers and a cume of 3.5M total unique viewers, showcasing celebrity interviews, surprise moments and unforgettable fashion from one of Hollywood's biggest nights.
