Estimates After 7 Days of Time-Shifting and Alt-Platform Viewing: Blacklist, 3.1; Shades of Blue, 2.9.

"You, Me and the Apocalypse" (1.2/4 in 18-49, 5.0 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· Delivers NBC's highest rating in the time period since Dec. 10 (1.2).

· Earns NBC's slot high with regular programming since Nov. 5 (1.3).

· Generates NBC's best total-viewer result in the slot with regulars since Oct. 1 (5.004 million).

· Outrates ABC's "Beyond the Tank" (1.1) and CW's Week 2 of "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" (1.1) in 18-49, as well as total viewers.

· Beats NBC slot average last season by +20% in 18-49 rating (1.2 vs. 1.0, L+SD non-sports).

"Shades of Blue" (1.3/5 in 18-49, 6.5 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Is close to rounding up to a 1.4 (currently reporting a 1.34 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings).

· Against high-rated Republican debate competition, retains 93% week to week in 18-49 (1.3 vs. 1.4) and +94% in total viewers (6.507 million vs. 6.935 million).

· Retains 100% versus the prior Thursday featuring Republican debate competition in 18-49(1.3 vs.. 1.3 on Jan. 14).

· Wins the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in 18-49, total viewers and nearly every other key demo

· Improved the time period by +22% versus what NBC averaged before "Shades" (1.3 vs. 1.1, L+SD non-sports).

· In its first four weeks has delivered NBC's only four in-season regular-program wins in the Thursday 10 p.m. hour in 18-49 versus original ABC and CBS competition in nearly six years (since March 4, 2010).

· Has now generated NBC's four highest total-viewer results in the slot with in-season regular programming in nearly six years (since March 25, 2010, "Marriage Ref," 6.6 million).

· Is a highly time-shifted series, with its L+3 lift increasing each week since the show's debut, from +58% in 18-49 in Week 1, to +72% in Week 2 to +75% in Week 3.

· These numbers will increase dramatically with time-shifting and viewing on alternate platforms:

· Last week's "Shades of Blue" grew by a best-yet +75% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (1.36 to 2.38), the #2 biggest percentage increase of the night on the Big 4, and by 3.8 million persons in total viewers (6.9 million vs. 10.7 million).

· In L+7, the Jan. 7 premiere of "Shades of Blue" grew by +72% in adult 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+7 (1.81 to 3.12) and +4.9 million persons in total viewers (8.6 million vs. 13.5 million), the #2 biggest L+7 increase of the week on the Big 4 and NBC's #3 L+7 lift ever for a series premiere ever.

· Last week's "Shades of Blue" added more than 800,000 full-episode views (P2+) in seven days on NBC.com and Hulu (820,730, +8% vs. the prior week's 756,461).

"The Blacklist" (1.6/5 in 18-49, 7.1 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

· Against high-rated Republican debate competition, equaled its highest rating since the show's season premiere Oct. 1 (1.8).

· Is up +7%% versus last week's 1.5 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings and is equaling last week's 1.6 in official nationals.

· Ranks #2 or tied for #2 in the slot among the Big 4 nets in adults, men and women 18-49 and adults, men and women 18-34.

· Improves the slot +33% versus NBC's average last season (1.6 vs. 1.2, L+SD non-sports) and is up +33% in total viewers (7.067 million vs. 5.333 million)

· These numbers will increase dramatically with time-shifting and viewing on alternate platforms -- "Blacklist" has grown by +99% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 1.50 to a 2.98) and 4.9 million viewers overall (7.0 million to 11.9 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

· Upscale: "Blacklist" is generating a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 150 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3)..

In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.4/6 with an encore telecast; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.0/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.6/4.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.7/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1 with an encore).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
