"LIVE" Beats "Ellen" to Rank as the Week's No. 2 Syndicated Talk Show

For the 2nd-Straight Week, "LIVE" Scores at Least a 3.0 HH Rating on All 5 Days

During the week of January 18, 2016, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew over the prior week to its 2nd-strongest week of the season in Households (+3% - 3.2 rating vs. 3.1 rating) and Total Viewers (+2% - 4.323 million vs. 4.256 million).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" beat "Ellen" by 14% in Homes (3.2 rating vs. 2.8 rating) and by 7% in Total Viewers (4.323 million vs. 4.030 million) to rank as the week's No. 2 syndicated talk show. In fact, "LIVE" has topped "Ellen" in both Nielsen measures for the 8th-consecutive week.

· For the 2nd week in a row, "LIVE" delivered a 3.0 rating or higher in Households on all 5 telecasts of the week: Monday - 3.3, Tuesday - 3.0, Wednesday - 3.1, Thursday - 3.1, Friday - 3.4.

On average for the 2015-16 season to date, "LIVE" beats "Ellen" by double digits in Households (+16% - 2.9 rating vs. 2.5 rating) and Total Viewers (+11% - 3.885 million vs. 3.494 million) to stand as the No. 2 syndicated talk show. "LIVE" also ranks as the season's No. 2 syndie talker in Women 25-54 (1.4 rating-tie).
