COLLEGE FOOTBALL ON THE CW NETWORK SEES DOUBLE DIGIT YEAR-OVER-YEAR VIEWERSHIP GAINS FOR 2025 SEASON
Total Audience for ACC and Pac-12 College Football on The CW Grew 10% Compared to 2024
ACC Games Up 26% in Total Viewers Year-Over-Year

BURBANK, CA (December 8, 2025) - The CW Network's 2025 regular season college football slate featuring games from the ACC and Pac-12 conferences saw year-over-year viewership gains of 10% in total audience, averaging 456,000 total viewers per week, according to Nielsen (Big Data + Panel).
ACC football experienced the largest year-over-year growth, up 26% in total audience compared to 2024. ACC games also saw significant double-digit increases in adults 18-49 (+32%) and adults 25-54 (+25%). The CW's most-watched game of the year was a thrilling double overtime showdown between the Baylor Bears and the SMU Mustangs on September 6, which drew an average of 1.13 million total viewers and peaked at more than two million viewers during its dramatic conclusion. It currently ranks as the second most-watched college football game to date on the network.
The CW's top 5 most-watched regular season games of 2025 were:
1. Baylor at SMU; 1,133,000 total viewers (9/6/25)
2. South Florida at Miami; 720,000 total viewers (9/13/25)
3. Fresno State at Oregon State; 658,000 total viewers (9/6/25)
4. Washington State at Virginia; 594,000 total viewers (10/18/25)
5. Louisville at Virginia Tech; 593,000 total viewers (11/1/25)
College football on The CW continues this month with the SNOOP DOGG ARIZONA BOWL Presented by Gin & Juice by Dre and Snoop on Saturday, December 27. The Miami of Ohio RedHawks will face off against the Fresno State Bulldogs live from Arizona Stadium in Tucson, Arizona, with live coverage beginning at 4:00pm/ET, 1:00pm/PT hosted by Mike Yam. Thom Brennaman serves as play-by-play commentator alongside booth analyst Will Blackmon and sideline analyst Wes Bryant.
