ABC NEWS' 'NIGHTLINE' RANKS NO. 1 IN ALL KEY TARGET DEMOS

'Nightline' Grows Week to Week in Adults 25-54 and Adults 18-49

Season to Date, 'Nightline' Leads 'Late Night with Seth Meyers' Across the Board, Beating the NBC Program in Adults 25-54 for the 3rd Consecutive Season

ABC News' "Nightline" ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (811,000), Adults 25-54 (146,000) and Adults 18-49 (110,000) for the week of Dec. 1, 2025, based on Live+Same Day Big Data Plus Panel Program Ratings from Nielsen Media Research, leading NBC's "Seth Meyers" in all key target demos.

· "Nightline" saw gains on the same week last year in Adults 25-54 (+6% - 146,000 vs. 138,000) and Adults 18-49 (+36% - 110,000 vs. 81,000).

· Season to date, "Nightline" (1.001 million, 195,000 and 135,000, respectively) leads NBC's "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (972,000, 187,000 and 128,000, respectively) in Total Viewers, Adults 25-54 and Adults 18-49. In fact, "Nightline is ranking No. 1 in Adults 25-54 for the 3rd straight year.

· This week, "Nightline" covered former cult members speaking out about being indoctrinated by notorious NXIVM leader; new evidence being revealed in Luigi Mangione hearing; the murder trial for Brian Walshe, the husband accused of killing his wife; Matthew Perry's doctor being sentenced in an emotional court hearing; Josh Hutcherson starring in hit horror franchise, a decade after "Hunger Games" fame; Taylor Momsen talking about her new Christmas album and more.
