Show Ranks No. 1 in Syndicated Talk for Sixth Consecutive Season

· Featuring a festive week of holiday programming, "Live with Kelly and Mark" rose week to week among Total Viewers (+2% - 2.616 million vs. 2.567 million), hitting a season high with the show's best performance in 10 months - since the week of 2/10/25.

· The show also grew week to week among Adults 25-54 (+12% - 0.38 rating vs. 0.34 rating) and Women 25-54 (+4% - 0.47 rating vs. 0.45 rating).

· In fact, "Live with Kelly and Mark" posted gains for the 2nd consecutive week among Total Viewers and Adults 25-54.

· Versus the show's season average, "Live with Kelly and Mark" increased in all key measures including Total Viewers (+11% - 2.616 million vs. 2.364 million), Households (+7% - 1.61 rating vs. 1.51 rating), Women 18-49 (+11% - 0.31 rating vs. 0.28 rating) and Women 25-54 (+9% - 0.47 rating vs. 0.43 rating).

· "Live" has now ranked as the No. 1 talk show in syndication for 152 consecutive weeks across all key measures, ahead of its closest competition this week by +63% among Total Viewers (2.616 million vs. 1.604 million), +56% among Households (1.61 rating vs. 1.03 rating), +82% among Women 18-49 (0.31 rating vs. 0.17 rating) and by +74% among Women 25-54 (0.47 rating vs. 0.27 rating).

· Season to date for the sixth consecutive season, "Live" ranks as syndication's No. 1 talk show in all key measures, leading its closest competition by +56% among Total Viewers (2.364 million vs. 1.513 million), +51% in Households (1.51 rating vs. 1.00 rating), +56% among Women 18-49 (0.28 rating vs. 0.18 rating) and by +59% among Women 25-54 (0.43 rating vs. 0.27 rating).

· For the seventh season in a row, "Live" leads Daytime Talk among Women 25-54 (0.43 rating).

· "Live with Kelly and Mark" is the most-watched entertainment talk show on television in all key measures for the sixth consecutive season.
