ADDITIONAL NOTES: a show on hiatus for longer than 12 months - without any news about its future - is assumed to be canceled
DESCRIPTION: (from Thunderbird Films' press release, November 2011) With ratings success and a quickly growing fan base, Disney XD's Mr. Young has been moved to primetime. All-new episodes of the teen sitcom, which stars Brendan Meyer, Matreya Fedor and Gig Morton, will air in the coveted 8PM Eastern/Pacific timeslot on weeknights beginning Tuesday, November 8. Mr. Young follows the antics of a 14-year-old child prodigy who started college at the age of nine and has entered the workforce... as a high school science teacher. Despite being a teacher, Adam Young is the exact age he would be entering high school - had he not completed the 9th grade in 35 minutes when he was seven! With one foot in the lunchroom and one foot in the staff room, Adam is trapped between two worlds. His co-workers and boss are more than twice his age - in some cases, a lot more - and Adam's students include his best friend, his crush and the class bully.
