DESCRIPTION:
(from TLC's web site, September 2008) Three single mothers are introduced to the nation’s viewers. Each woman gets a chance to talk about herself, her life, what she values in a man, and how important she feels it is that her future love interest mesh well with her children. We then follow these women on their emotional quest to find love. After the moms have met their potential love interests in a group setting, they then start to learn more about their suitors on a one-on-one basis. Through a variety of real-life situations and dates, the women get a sense firsthand of how much each man measures up to their romantic ideal. Our single moms then decide who they want to continue seeing and who leaves them without any romantic sparks/who they feel no romantic spark with. But the biggest adventure of this dating process is when the men meet the women's children. Will the children approve? Will the suitors mix well with the children? Which romantic interest feels forced and which feels more natural? Ultimately, each mom must finally decide who is the man of her dreams.
