Seth MacFarlane served as the Roast Master for the #SheenRoast with Roasters including Anthony Jeselnik, Jon Lovitz, Patrice O'Neal, Jeffrey Ross, Amy Schumer, William Shatner, Steve-O, Mike Tyson and Kate Walsh, along with a special appearance by Slash.
